I have yet to see or talk to Dr. Rowe. In fact, I have yet to reach a person when I have called. The staff seems not to know about the phone answering system. I have made repeated calls, all of which have been answered by the system. Only one of which has been returned. I cannot recommend this treatment to anyone.

Courteous, professional, thorough, caring. His staff is excellent and attentive to patient needs both on the phone and in person. His PA and NP also provide excellent service, and I know that if I can not see Dr. Rowe I am still in good hands. I am so glad that he returned to Waco with his own practice, it is always a pleasure to visit his office.

Dr Rowe was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Although I have had some medical background, he listened to my concerns, answered all of my questions, and explained the diagnosis and treatment in easy to understand terms. I was very pleased with the amount of time he spent with me, his compassion, and thoroughness. And I highly recommend Dr Rowe to anyone seeking a competent dermatologist with a true desire to serve his patients well.

My favorite dermatologist ever. He listens, and is very professional in diagnosing and treatment. He is very caring. He knows and shares other options when you need it. He did so much for me. I am so glad that I was able to go to him for treatment.

Can’t say enough about Dr. Rowe. Personable, knowledgeable, skilled, Nd caring in the four years I have been seeing him regularly. So lucky I have him as my dermatologist.

Both Dr. Rowe and his staff are warm, welcoming, and very knowledgeable. I feel my health is safe in their hands. Dr. Rowe, especially, is friendly, Answers all my questions thoroughly, and never seems in a hurry to leave (even though he conducts an efficient exam in a timely manner). Impressive.
