They asked me to be on time for my appointment then when I showed up they took me to a room where I waited for an hour. Then someone took my vitals then I waited another hour. If you are going to ask me to respect your time by showing up on time, then respect MY time

Complete trash. Getting charged $189 to get a piece of paper. When my arm is in severe pain for cellulitis. Absolute garbage.

I would have given them 5 stars but their was a glitch in the online scheduling system. Fortunately the receptionist was very kind and helpful. The entire staff was deserving of a 5 star review and I will continue to use them and hopefully the system glitches will be worked out by IT before I need to go back.

This place is awful! They took my kid in on july 4th with his medicaid. Needed to take my 5 yr old again with high fever and rash and they refused us. When asked why they proceeded to tell me, " well we changed over to a new system and we no longer take Blue Cross Blue Shield, in the future we will". Then I was informed that I will be billed for previous vist in July, its now September. Upset I ask is there another place where I can take my child, response "I dont know maybe the ER". What kind of place takes you one time and then turns you out the next? I'm disgusted, hurt and angry. I'm sick of the medical establishment. They are here to help the sick but greed is priority. I know its medicaid but I'm not lower class. There are a lot of struggling parent's trying to make it in this economy. In ending this is my first review ever, left for any business or establishment online, so I'm not trolling. Good luck and may you have a better experience, which you will if you have cash up front or carry the right insurance. 9/15/2023 7pm

Very nice staff, I personally didn’t have a wait time and I went on a Friday afternoon. Very knowledgeable doctors and staff! Easy sign in process too!
