GREAT doctor! I have been going to him for 17 years! From delivering my baby to surgery! Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Drove all the way from New Braunfels only to be rescheduled because Dr. was 3 patients behind and had to go to a different clinic by noon. My appointment was at 1045, don't overbook if you know you have somewhere else to be!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! As a 30 year old woman, I would not send my worst enemy to Dr. Sherman and his team, much less my daughter! Not only did the care team not document PREGNANCY test/ test results, while waiting for my exam, Dr. Sherman was more interested in talking about “safe words” (his is brownie, btw) with a medical sales rep. then making his patients feel comfortable.. Appalled.

Dr John is probably the most personable Dr I’ve had in my 61 plus years. I get the Biote pellet from him every 3 1/2 months. $400 a pop out of pocket but it is so frustrating to have to work with the ladies that answer the phone. I let it go so many times when I’ve been left on hold for a very long time. I actually kept the times on my phone just so I could prove it to the Dr. One call was 17 min on hold the next 40 min, but I let it go. Today once again I needed to call and the person I spoke to I believe her name was “D” was so standoffish and unwilling to suggest a solution that I just ended the call canceling my blood work appointment. Rethinking this office now…

I love Dr. John Sherman and his staff. I had a great experience, and plan to return for my next pregnancy. Well worth the hour drive for me!

I began with Dr. Sherman in my 3rd trimester. Unlike my previous OB, he gave me a truly individualized plan of prenatal care. He listened to my goals and concerns. He also provided me with the evidence-based research for his recommendations/care instead of just saying "this is the way it has to be done because it's always been this way." He has a calming and reassuring bedside manner, taking the time to make sure all your concerns and questions are answered. He honored and supported my wishes and goals. I wish I had done my whole pregnancy with him. He truly goes above and beyond for his patients. The delivery was also a fantastic experience with him and I whole heartedly recommend him for ob/gyn care.

He is the best obgyn I have ever had. He has delivered all of my children and always been straight forward about everything.

Dr. John Sherman does hormone replacement therapy with Biote pellets, and works great for me. His goal every time I see him is to just make sure I feel better than before and get my hormones to the right level so I can feel the best possible, with more energy, no hot flashes or night sweats. SO much better and I would definitely recommend Dr. John.

Dr. John delivered 2 of our 3 boys and had we been living in Georgetown when I had my first - I definitely would have had him deliver him too !! He and his staff are very personable, friendly and professional. (we just love Gloria) When my husband and I found out we were pregnant with our third son we were nervous because at age 42, he was my surprise baby. Throughout the entire pregnancy, Dr. John kept us well informed and educated and really set all our worries at ease. He took time with us during each visit to answer all our questions/concerns and is very caring and real. Delivery of both boys with Dr. John went smoothly and I personally felt very well taken care of. I would highly recommend him.
