Dr. Montiville is fantastic. Her office staff, however, is HORRIBLE - so much so that I will not return. I've had multiple issues with her office staff - from scheduling surgeries (could not get the woman who schedules to call me back and give me an update after waiting and waiting), to rude front desk personnel, to an office manager who doesn't return multiple requests for calls (over a six month period) nor multiple portal messages (apparently my messages went into a "black hole" per the manager) - on top of the fact that they changed billing for a regular procedure (and the change cost me more money) without notifying me before the procedure was done and then refused to provide a superbill for submission to insurance (the visit would be covered by my insurance). Beware.

I started going to Dr. Montiville in May last year. She has such a kind and caring attitude. I asked a lot of questions and was concerned with what my condition may be. She took the time with me to answer all my questions and started a treatment plan. She also has a great nurse who makes you feel comfortable when you come into the office. I am very nervous and picky about all doctors and I can tell you she is one of the best.

I would highly recommend considering Dr. Montiville when choosing your provider. I switched providers a few times in early pregnancy and at my first appointment with Dr. Montiville, I knew it was an ideal fit. She has a comforting presence and truly cares for and listens to her patients. I never felt pressured or judged and always felt in control of my care. We are so thankful for her and happy with our experience!

Best Doctor Ever!!! Eases all my fears!!!! I have always had doctor anxiety and she makes sure all my fears are gone!!!! I drive all the way from Temple to see her!!! If I ever have another baby I will go to her again!!!!
