Great products but be wary of using the online store. Tried it twice and had problems both times. Right now I’ve waited 4 weeks, have not received my products and my emails, Chats and calls to the salon go unanswered.

My esthetician was really sweet and although we had a good conversation, I don’t feel my skin needs were met. As an esthetician myself, I take pride on making sure my clients are well taken care of, their concerns are addressed and I never leave them unattended in a room for longer than absolutely necessary. I initially came in with a pustual ready to pop. I don’t like picking my skin so I wanted to hire a licensed professional to properly have it extracted. That was my one request. She did use a tool to do so and even said, “its gone” but once I got in my car, it looked like it hadn’t even been touched. She did not remove it thoroughly and I hope nobody tries to convince me otherwise! The massage pressure was extremely weak and felt very unintentional. ughhh this frustrates me so much that such a nice place can be okay with this quality of care! $105 dollars down the drain. I don’t blame the esthetician at all. She’s obviously gotten away with this for far too long and nobody has trained her accordingly to satisfy the client. What’s worse is, I didn’t even leave the spa with a glow... And y’all I don’t write negative reviews unless I absolutely feel it is necessary. I have a picture for proof but don’t have the option to post it... very very disappointed first time guest.

I am looking forward to my 90 minutes spa in the near future.

I'm going to get to the point, today is March 25, 2020 and I sent this email to Novita staff on March 17 and still NO REFUND and not even the courtesy to reply to or acknowledge my email!!... I have been communicating with your staff since February 25 in regards to my $190 refund and I was informed on March 2 that only the owner Megan could issue the refund. I received a call from GiGi March 3 and explained to her the problem I was having and my frustration! Now, I’m another week into this on March 10, after informing the receptionist that my patience had run out and if I didn’t get a call back from Megan that I was going to write a review and it was NOT going to be a good one!! I finally received a call from Megan March 10, gave her my credit card info to process my refund and comes Friday, March 13, my refund was still NOT issued! Again, I called on Friday March 13, Megan returned my call and said her accountant would be processing the refund. Today is now March 17 and still NO refund! Someone needs to contact Megan immediately, and forward her this email so she is aware that her accountant is NOT doing her job! I have NEVER had such a BAD experience pertaining to something so simple as issuing a refund! If the refund has been issued, I need someone to email me proof of this! I will no longer notify you that I’m writing a BAD review, I will just write it if the refund is not on my credit card by COB (close of business) Friday, March 20! I will also be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau! I paid for a service that I NEVER received and then the owner Megan told me they are no longer offering the service! Ok, so give me back my hard-earned money!

Novita is a beautiful spa. The staff is fabulous, and the aestheticians are extremely knowledgeable, and up on the most current treatments. I had the cryotherapy and was amazed!!! I'm fit but carry all my extra weight in my stomach. It truly changed the feel and density of the fat, and then it was able to flush from my system. Great results!!! Novitas Spa is a wonderful experience. Highly recommend.

My favorite spa in Georgetown. Everyone is so helpful and pampering. Extremely chill vibe, but upscale. My go-to place when I feel like treating myself. Worth the money. Sauna time included before spa services.

Sara took great care of my skin. She made me feel comfortable and walked me through what she was noticing with my skin. Made some great recommendations as well. Definitely will go back! If you're looking for a great facial at a locally owned spa, this is the place to go!
