The doctor and his assistant were both very personable and thorough. A+ The receptionist kept the full experience from rating a 5th star.
Very friendly and helpful. The doctors and staff answered all my questions
My experience with VITALOGY was excellent both times I went there for surgery to remove skin cancer areas on my face and neck. Both times the surgeons made sure they removed every bit of the cancerous tissue. I was always treated in a kind and professional manner.
The VA Hospital in Temple, TX referred my routine full-body dermatological check to community care at the Vitaology location in Georgetown, TX. The initial appointment on January 17, 2025 identified an area of skin in need of biopsy. The PA conducting the biopsy that same day told me to expect a phone call with lab result within two weeks. When no phone call came during that two-week period, I began calling their office on January 31. Over the next few weeks, I called multiple times during normal business hours requesting my lab results. I left voicemails for my provider. I had the administrative personnel send internal requests to the provider requesting he call me. I had other administrative personnel tell me "no news is good news" to which I responded with insistence to hear that from a trained medical provider. After weeks of unresponsiveness, I finally got someone to inform me that I had cancer at which point they scheduled a removal procedure at their Harker Heights, TX location on February 26. I reported to that procedure only to learn that upcoming international travel would require delaying the procedure unless I could find a way to have the sutures removed while abroad. In the process of rescheduling the procedure at their front desk, the PA came out and told me he just remembered that they had dissolvable sutures if I wanted him to use those. I gladly agreed, and the surgery happened that day. Before leaving the clinic, their staff scheduled me for follow up at the Georgetown office on June 20. I took the whole day off of work on June 20 to attend this follow up appointment only to arrive and find that their staff had cancelled my appointment some weeks before and never notified me. I had to reschedule the appointment for June 25 and take another day off of work to complete this routine check. The actual medical care I've received at Vitology has been satisfactory. The face-to-face interactions with medical and administrative staff have been professional. The supervisory responsiveness to concerns has been appreciated. Their administrative processes for communicating lab results, projecting the need for availability for follow up appointments when scheduling procedures, and managing clinic-initiated appointment cancellations has been disappointing.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
