Dr. Bartel has given so much hope when it comes to keeping my Ms under control. He listens to me and helps me to find the best way to to treat the Ms. Thank you Dr. Bartel.

All he will do is string you along on drugs and will never search for a cause of the symptoms you are being seen for. By the time you get to a point (with the help of real medical professionals) you are going to have to true physical reason but just ghosts you. The office staff are some of the most disgustingly rude people I have ever encountered in a medical facility EVER. There is no care or concern for the patients well being. It seems they chose neurology for plausible deniability when their patients are under treated and over medicated. As you search through reviews on this doctor you will see many patients family and advocates can cause then to refuse to treat you. They want people that don't know they should ask more questions or that the treatment is making to symptoms worse. The things I have been through while under the care of this doctor were directly related to the medication that was being prescribed. Dr. Bartel is brilliant but over confident. I saw him for depression and ADHD. I had been seeing a psychiatrist. a former colleague of Bartel. He came in and declared that it would have taken years for my psychiatrist to develop a treatment plan as good as his He then proceeded to offer an identical protocol as the psychiatrist. I never went back as I saw his insult of a former colleague unprofessional. He also prescribed my daughter a dangerously high dosage of Straterra by mistake.

Dr Bartel is a wonderful knowledgable doctor. I would reccomend him but NOT the staff! Prepare for a long wait and if you need to call they will NEVER answer.

Had to wait hours...and in simple terms he nearly killed me. Never checked to see if new meds would interact wih current meds...had me on 8 meds at one time and ran up thousands dollars in testing and never had any answers...WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND HIM!!

Dr. Bartel was amazing. I have never had such through exams and tests until now. He is trustworthy, explained my condition and how we were going to treat it. He loves our military and takes time to answer any and all questions. He does not go on a timelime for each patient is special. I like that quality in a doctor.

My husband turned to Dr Bartel for severe chronic pain treatment (about 8 yrs ago).His experience was a disaster. When my husband was dragging his feet to have yet another MRI on his back done by a new associate in BARTEL’s clinic with HIS equipment, Bartel had the audacity to tell him if he didn’t do it, he would punish him. My husband already had two MRIs done by two unassociated and respected neurosurgeons done two years apart in his chart. Their assessment was that his medical issues could not be addressed by surgery, physical therapy was out of the question and pain management was his only option. He inevitably did have the MRI, but his insurance would not cover it if it was done in Bartel’s clinic. Dr Bartel would enter the treatment room and after an apportioned five minutes would leave. Questions were not well received. This is after having to wait at least an hour to be called in. When pizza arrived for those in the waiting room, the standing joke among patients was that they would be waiting for yet another hour.

Performed expensive and unneccasary infusions on me which led to heart failure. The man should be castrated and I would love to watch him bleed out

Since he quit painmanagement he left a lot of people in pain and sick. When you call you can only get a recording and leave message that will never be called back. They get in no hurry to send records to another DR. why I don't know. Thank you Dr. Bartel and staff for putting my wife through all the sickness and pain.

Wait time is horrible! He is “nice” but kept ordering tests that were not necessary! Finally switched and so happy with my new neurologist!
