Dr Lucas is very friendly and has been very helpful to me. You get checked in and seen without having to wait. That is very nice. But when you go to check out.(pay) there was only one person checking out with a flu epidemic going around, even so I waited for about 10 minutes and finally I had to go. I dont need to get sick. There should have been more than one person checking patients out especially with the flu running rampant in this town.

Main goal is to get you in and out of the office. The staff is not friendly. They have a customer service department that serves to address client complaints, but their brushed under the rug. Dr. Lucas is a little on the anti-social side to be a Doctor. He never addressed specific questions that I had about my healf. This was very frustrationing and this is why i'm finding another doctor.

He is very professional, caring, prompt, and has a good personality. He listens and weighs options. Good doctor.

My daughter has Autism and Dr. Lucas and his office staff have always been very understanding and patient with her. They are the best!!! I may have to wait a little while to have her seen at times, but that's only because they are working her into their busy schedule. They always make time to see her if something comes up and The care she receives from them is excellent.
