List of Carenow Urgent Care's Reviews
Nice and clean. I made an appointment online and when they text me to come in, I was in and out with no problem. I will use this location again. Everyone was also friendly.
Was very iffy about going in but I’m glad I did staff both front and back were amazing
Everyone was supper nice this morning!
The doctors that I have seen at care now are mediocre. The doctor I saw today lied that he was going to document my severe pain in my leg on my chart, but instead he discharged me without notation. Even after I showed him that I still have workers comp medical benefits. He was stuck on not wanting to give me restrictions when I explained to him that I didn't come for restrictions I needed help with my pain. It's ridiculous how he didn't give any recommendations for my pain but was eagerly ready to discharge me. Protect yourselves people these people that are supposed to help you will hurt you.
Web check in at 700 went smooth. They called to have me complete my registration which I did. Receptionist stated it was an hour wait. They called back at 845 to head to the clinic. Didn’t get called until 945 I was trying to avoid sitting in a waiting area filled with sick patients (the main reason I chose to come to a carenow) Tell the nurse all my symptoms. The Dr comes in 20 minutes later seems like he’s in a rush. He checks my ears then uses the same covers and put it in my nose which was disgusting. I asked him for a urine sample (again, I told the nurse my symptoms) he says “for what? You came in here for a sore throat and ear pain.” (Apparently the nurse didn’t jot down my full symptoms) He then says “If you want urine, ok.. he then in a loud tone says ‘ROOM #9 needs a UA.’” I then proceed out the room where the nurse said “I’ll follow you…” Where am I going? He then directs me to the restroom where there is no sink. I go back to the room to wash my hands multiple times. I wait another 5-10 minutes to hear the Dr in the same loud tone “TELL ROOM #9 HER URINE IS FINE.” I felt embarrassed and grew anxious. 5 minutes went by no one came into the room and I left! Upon exiting I was questioned by a nurse asking if I was done and I said yes I’m room #9 he then gave me my discharge papers. On a positive note the receptionists were very nice and greeted me. The nurse was nice as well. Wish she would have been detailed in my symptoms and what I was wanting tested…I will not be going back to this location.
Awesome place! With one exception being the understandingly long wait to be scene by a doctor, all in all, great place for urgent care. Very friendly and always smiling and seem to sympathize with your ailment and genuinely want to make you feel better... and did with great accuracy. Thanks guys for being there for our under the weather days.
Great customer experience and Fast service .

I love being able to check in via web so that I don’t have to wait in the waiting room. Friendly staff and doctors. Didn’t have to wait long. Very clean looking and welcoming.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
