I wanted to give 5stars because Dr.Grace is Great and I trust him with my eyes. But the 2 ladies at the front desk today were not friendly at all. I could feel tension when I walked in the door. Ladies if your not happy it's obvious to your customers.

Office personnel were so considerate of my unexpected ripped contact lens. As a nurse I feel blessed to have people like Dr. Grace's office staff in this world.

They were quick and freindly! They were sort busy on the side where you pick your frames but they had great service and dr. Grace is really nice!

I have been going to Dr. Grace for well over a decade. I've enjoyed him as an optometrist from the minute I met him. He's extremely knowledgeable and I didn't feel rushed when I had tons of unimportant curiousity questions regarding the eye and contact lenses in general.

I went to Michael Grace clinic to have my glasses adjusted and the office manager named Spencer Bell broke my glasses that cost $960.00. He never told me he broke them. I did not realize they were broken until I arrived home and noticed that my Marchon Airlock's were very loose and broken where my ear piece connects into the eye lens. Spencer Bell never told me he broke my glasses. Stay away from this place unless you want your glasses broke by Spencer Bell.
