They do not tell the truth, they do not know information that is crucial to their customers, hard to understand, very unprofessional. It's like talking to AI.

Dr. Baker is the best podiatrist ever. I don't mind waiting for an appointment because she honest, upfront and actually cares about all her patients equally.

I have never even been to this place. I called in the summer to get a price quote because do not have insurance coverage. Long and behold I come home to a bill from this Dr. Office today. The only way they could have gotten my name to even bill me is because when you call no one ever answered and so you have to leave your info on a voice-mail so someone could call you back. This is crazy. I've never been billed for care, from a place, I've never even walked into.
