This office has TERRIBLE customer service. I had an appointment scheduled for May 18th. They had to reschedule because the doctor was going out of town. So they rescheduled me for June 11th. A little far out but ok I dealt with it. Come June 11th they are calling to reschedule me AGAIN. This time they were trying to give me some date in August! I told her I could not wait this long as this was the 2nd reschedule! She was very rude when I started asking for my medical records so I could go somewhere else. She got the office manager to call me. After me and her went back and forth she said she could squeeze me in! Perfect I’m like I’ll finally be seen! I asked when? She said today June 11th at 3! Mind you my appointment was June11th at 330! So what was the point of the reschedule and all this confrontation?! She said oh the doctor “just walked in and can see people”! This was supposed to be my first appointment with them and it was a terrible experience. I will NEVER reschedule with them!

So far so good at this clinic , I’m loving my Dr. Dr . Thorne is an awesome , well experienced and professional Dr. The staff here is nice and polite . Worth the drive for me !

When I walked in the office, the first thing I saw was a smile, I like that! Alisha and Star did a great job by making me feel so welcome. Dr Thorn was knowledgeable and so calming. I really feel blessed to have found you and honored that you let me come!

I was called within 5 minutes of sitting down.The nurse assistant was very nice and explained to me the Dr.Thorn would be in a few minutes.Dr thorn came in introduced herself and asked me questions about my referral and then what the next step would be.The Dr was very nice and explained everything to me

For those scheduling an appointment as first time clients: please be aware that if the office reschedules your appointment a few hours prior to your appointment, they will not be able to provide a text message/email/document for you to show work/school/etc. stating that they have rescheduled your appointment.
