Good luck getting through with 2 days open a week I'll be healed by the time they even return a message!! Save your life and go somewhere else! I can't see how or why they have anything more than a 1 star. It's because any positive reviews were don't over a year ago. I guess they were worth something than. Definitely not now.

This office closed without notification to their patients. They do not answer calls or return voice-mail. My mother is a fragile diabetic and they didn't return faxes from the pharmacy to refill diabetes injections so I called repeatedly called for weeks, to no avail. Then, I was out of town and she literally ran out of the injections. My parents drove to the office only to find that they had closed and were no longer seeing patients. I've since called the Mansfield location and been told no records were transferred to them and she would be considered a new patients. Patient abandonment at its worst!!!

Unfortunately, the reviews about the office not returning calls is accurate. I've left multiple messages for the "new patient coordinator" over a week's time and have not received a call back. I spoke to someone on the "returning customer" line who said I was on the list to be called back. That was mid last week.

I used the automated appointment system. My appointment was recived and later confirmed for the next day. I drove 16 miles only to find that they had no record of my appointment. The unfriendly and argumentative staff then offered to see if I was eligible for and appointment in 4 weeks. Stay away! These people are terrible.

Dr. Fordan is very thorough, looks all aspects of the patient's situation and is very courteous. I would highly recommend him if the need arises for you.
