The Grand Prarie Touchstone office is a very professional, courteous and kind location. The office is clean never unkept, foyer is kept with updated information and is spacious with plenty of chairs for everyone waiting to be tested or for those waiting for their loved ones. The employees all make you feel comfortable and are so helpful, they answer any questions you have and inform you of what is to occur next and every step of the procedure and how long it will take. The front desk and techs have never been anything but courteous and very friendly. Thank you Grand Prairie office you’re the best!

Easily to find, super clean, the ladies at the front desk were friendly and professional. Greetings from the moment we walked in as well communicated they would help in a moment. Paperwork was handled swiftly with no problems. And our tech, well she was truly amazing. She was very knowledgeable and polite when my daughter asked questions. Yet keeping to the rules of what she could explain. She made sure my daughter felt comfortable with the positions to get the best images. For in the future if need be I’ll definitely be going back. Also to add when I asked for my previous visits to get another print out to take to my doctor, it wasn’t a problem and handled so professionally. If I could give 10 stars for today’s visit I definitely would. Keep up the great work ladies yall are doing y’all’s job perfectly.

I have trusted Touchstone for my routine mammogram needs for many years. Today I went for an MRI, at the Grand Prairie location, and I can say, no matter the location or the procedure needed, Touchstone continues to provide the same Excellent Customer Service for my needed medical care throughout it’s network. I was serviced by a great staff and technician, Thank You Everyone❤️🙏🏾

Poor customer service. Hanged up on by twice and was put on hold for more than 35 minutes the other two times. Scheduling a scan takes for ever.
