ANOTHER UPDATE: Now, I have reached the point that I have no urine or bowel control at 56 years old from nerve damage!!! UPDATE: I have noticed that Dr. Harvey does not respond to negative reviews! Those are the ones that really need a response! It means you do not care!!! My CRPS has spread! SHAME ON YOU, HARVEY!!!!!!!! There should never be any doctor to have something done, like a nerve block, knowing it can do more harm than good after surgery! Why would you do that to your patients? Why??? You have caused me constant horrible pain, and you failed to mention my foot would never have range of motion! You decided to tell me after surgery! This all controls my life, and I paid you to do this surgery for nothing!!! You better hope you never have to live like this! Dr. Suttle even said that there should never be a dr doing a nerve block! What were you thinking, Joseph Harvey??? Thanks for making my life miserable!!!!

Very friendly staff and great service. My feet were in so much pain. They jumped right on the problem and now my feet are doing very well!

Terrible business office. Billing is deceptive. Do not trust them to bill correctly. Not good postop care either. The assistant was shocked at advice given to me. Finally went with my gut and took over my own care. Went back to my PCP to get further assistance.

Money comes first - treament last. Alinace's plan was to treat foot on 4 visit. They scheduled a visit for each test. We found another clinic that treated foor on 1st visit. X-rays and blood tests were not necessary.

Drs. Nichols and Harvey provided me with quality care over three visits, taking the time to examine me and provide me with options and solutions for my foot issues. While some physicians go straight to surgery as the end all be all for some non-emergency conditions, they showed me alternatives to that. The office staff here is friendly yet professional, both on the phone and in person.

The nurse here was so rude. We got here at 8:10 am for an appointment at 8:30 and online it says they are open. We walk up to the sliding door and it doesn't open so we knock a bit and no one comes. We walk back to our car and a blonde nurse walks out and like gives us a nasty look and puts her hands out as if we did something wrong. When she finally opened the sliding door she said she opened the door at 7:45am and like didn't believe us when we said it didn't open. No need to have such an awful attitude at 8am!!!!

Dr. Harvey is outstanding as well as his staff. I needed to see him due to severe pain in my foot. I called the office and spoke with Gigi. I explained my situation to her and after a brief hold, she came back and advised me that she was able to work me in. Once there, Mickey escorted me to a room. He gathered all my information. He is extremely helpful and very polite. I would definitely recommend Alliance Foot & Ankle Specialist to all of my friends and family.

I have seen multiple podiatrists in the last several years, most did NOT result in a 2nd visit. Dr. Nichols has created a solid medical care team. His warm and calm persona is genuine, his approach and thorough listening results in full understanding of my unique issues His communication skills are excellent, as is his medical knowledge and in-office procedure capabilities. I think I found my permanent Podiatrist. *As a medical professional, I feel I can select and assess a Medical Provider and office with advanced perspective, at least in my opinion.
