Terrible bedside manner! Had large kidney stones..enlisted Bruner to do the laser procedure to break them up. He was hurried, curt and unsuccessful in the time-consuming procedure. And he didn't have the courtesy to follow-up after the failed attempt. He had his nurse call and give me the bad news and then said, "It doesn't matter because you're moving and you can just get a new doctor to do this". Awful! Do not see him

Popular Doctor. It took 2 1/2 months to book an appointment and get scheduled-in. I waited 45 minutes in lobby before being called back. I arrived early and did on-line check-in too. Anyhow, once I was called back, it took another 25 minutes to get seen. I was a bit annoyed but understood that doctors sometime run behind. I was also informed I would receive a phone call from the scheduling nurse after this appointment . I have not yet received that call. I was a little disappointed since this was my first time at this facility and with this doctor. However, he was very knowledgeable and professional.
