I want to recommend Dr. Cueto she is a fabulous surgeon and is very professional and genuinely cares about her patients. I had emergency surgery and then a go back to normal surgery. Because of Dr. Cueto's amazing years of experience & knowledge both of my major Surgery's we're smooth & successful. Dr. Cueto along with Lourdes her admin helped my surgery recovery seemless. Dr. Cueto follows up with you after surgery & she was a God send. Thank you for being so awesome!!!

Dr. Cuteo is exceptionally unprofessional. Not only did Dr. Cueto poorly explain the recovery time for my procedure, telling it was two weeks when it was almost 6 months. She also had no value for me as a professional that travels for work. Her ego does not allow her to understand that American Airlines is not going to hold the plane for me because I am waiting on Dr. Cuteo to show up. Out of 7 appointments, ...

Dr. Cuteo is exceptionally unprofessional. Not only did Dr. Cueto poorly explain the recovery time for my procedure, telling it was two weeks when it was almost 6 months. She also had no value for me as a professional that travels for work. Her ego does not allow her to understand that American Airlines is not going to hold the plane for me because I am waiting on Dr. Cuteo to show up. Out of 7 appointments, for 5 of them she was not even in her office until 30 minutes to an hour after they were scheduled to start. I spent a total of 5 hours and 45 minutes waiting on her to just show up. Despite addressing my complaints with the office management, not only did it not improve, the last two appointments she did not even show up, and then sent me a letter telling me to find another doctor. I have never met a more unprofessional doctor, and strongly advise you find someone who will value you as a patient and professional.

She is very open and informative she is very friendly

I had a Hernia and went to doctor Cuerto for surgery. I had a great experience throughout the process. The staff was helpful and worked us through the process including the fact that they didn't take TriCare but helped us through that as well. The surgery went well with no after effects at all. I didn't even feel any pain afterwards and stopped taking pain medication the second day. I would definitely recommend her to anyone else seeking a positive experience.

As a Patient of hers she was excellent in her communications skills and expertise.

She took my gallbladder out - and took very good care of me! I have had two plastic surgeries, but this time around I was terrified. These were my organs we're talking about!! She was very nice, informative, helpful - I hope I never need too but if I do need to go under the knife again I'll be giving her a call!

My Iexperience started with the scheduling coordinator named Courtney who was very rude and took an act of Congress just to get an appointment. She kept telling me I will call you to schedule appointment you don't call me. When I walked in the office the staff was not very nice or friendly and greeting new patients . Then when I met Doctor she spent a total of two minutes with me never examined me . I have a polyp on gallbladder which is about 2 inches in diameter which Keeps me hurting and vomiting and having pain all the time in my right and left side . Her quick diagnosis was to see a gastrologist come back in six months and see if it's grown. I asked her what am I supposed to do in the meantime she seem to not really have an answer . Then said well I can get one more scan. Just saying I'm not impressed at all . With the staff or Doctor
