Kevin’s team were so very helpful watching after mom while we made arrangement to move her to a memory care facility. These situations never happen at a good time but our need for services was over a 3 day weekend. Even with the holiday they quickly made arrangements and a staff member was with us within a few hours. Great folks. Very trustworthy. Highly recommended.

We used Homewatch Caregivers after my dad came home from surgery and needed 24/7 care. They were amazing! We originally thought we would need 8 hour per day care but after surgery we found out my father would not be released without 24/7 care. Kevin and his staff worked immediately to make the arrangements to ensure we could get him home immediately with the needed care. I must say that we were extremely happy with every caregiver that was sent. My mother has severe Alzheimers and they were so kind, caring and helpful that we kept them on to help out each day for part of the day even when we no longer needed 24/7 care for my dad. Very reliable, great communication, helpful, polite, kind, we were just so very happy with their service! Most caregivers went above and beyond to help out during their shifts. I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone in need of care for a loved one. We eventually had to place my parents in Assisted Living because they really needed 24/7 constant support but had the circumstances been different, we would of continued to use this company. Totally recommend!!!!

CONCLUSION:HOMEWATCH CAREGIVERS OF KELLER GRAPEVINE PROVIDED HIGH-QUALITY HEALTH AIDES FOR MY AUNT IN HER HOME DURING HER DECLINING MONTHS AND THROUGH FOUR MONTHS OF IN-HOME HOSPICE.~~~~~Over the years, I have cared for three family members during their final days.I have used several types of in-home, assisted living, hospital, rehabilitation, and nursing-home care in these situations.In my experience, Homewatch ranks right at the top in being able to provide and manage excellent home health-aide personnel.Homewatch was responsive when I had emergency health problems of my own and needed additional help to cover the direct care I had been providing.When my aunt's situation progressed to a in-home hospice situation, their response was outstanding even with the additional workload and pressure of the situation.I confidently recommend Homewatch to provide and manage in-home health aides for a wide range of care requirements. The separate in-home hospice provider repeatedly made positive comments on the excellent care my aunt was receiving even as the situation worsened.

Firstly, this company has a five star Rating because they fraudulently added reviews from the owners of the company. That’s not only unprofessional, it’s shady. “Full disclosure”, ? That’s not cute, it’s fraud. When Google finds out about this, the ip address will be completely blacklisted.They lie about COVID-19 testing.They have a horrible reputation in the industry so no one wants to work for them. Often, a secretary from the home office fills in as a Caregiver for your loved one.Ask a lot of questions.

The caregivers and administrators in the Keller Grapevine branch are the best in the business. I have lived across the country and have used Homewatch all the way, and I can say with confidence that Kevin and Laurel Smith run the best branch I have come in contact with in the country. Bar none.

The staff is impeccable and go above and beyond their normal duties. Their professionalism provides a comfort that is so needed and appreciated.

In a business where empathy and compassion are everything, the Smith's and Kotobi's are the best in the business and I don't give out compliments lightly. Everyone who needs caregiving should be working with these individuals.
