My teenager had surgery after a broken wrist in the fall and with Dr Fleager’s excellent work won a state championship in rowing 8 months later. Could not have been a better experience. Very appreciative.

This was my first time meeting Kristen E. Fleager, M.D. She’s obviously an expert and gave me great confidence by explaining my options for treatment. I am looking forward to taking advantage of Dr Fleager’s up to date treatments, for my elbow issues. I highly recommend Dr Fleager.

I visited the office for an oddity on my hand pr. Dr Fleager a Dupuytren's contracture. She explained clearly what it was and what will happen to my hand in the coming years. She recommended a follow up in several years as for now it was too early to do anything. I know exactly what to look for now and when to contact her again.

Dr. Fleager is nice, however, I was scheduled for Carpul Tunnel Surgery and was told it was set in stone. I contacted my insurance just to make sure and was informed, the surgery needed validation. I called Surgery Center spoke to Dawn who said it was approved and gave me some numbers to check. I called my Insurance back and they did not recognize the information I was provided and stated that I would receive a letter of explanation once approved. I never got that letter and again was informed it needed approval. I even called the office and spoke with the manager, who stated she would contact me again to let me know her findings. I have never received a callback and I cancelled the surgery. I will move forward with another Doctor who will seek correct approval for my surgery. I don't know how many people need to hear this, but always check with your insurance as I always do to eliminate any extraordinary bills.

WOW what an efficient place. I was in and out in 40 min (was seen on time) I received an X-ray, an evaluation(that did not feel rushed), and an injection within that 40 min span. Dr Fleager was professional and answered my questions.

Dr. Fleager did an excellent job on a previous surgery so when a new joint issue arose I knew whom to call. I have complete confidence in Dr. Fleager and highly recommend her.

I have been a patient at NTX Orthopedics with several specialist (with different issues) since 2017. I have never been disappointed with their service, care, abilities and skill. Today, I saw Dr. Fleager for a hand issue, and really appreciated her thoroughness in explaining my problem, and the steps she felt I needed to take to solve it. She was most kind and knowledgeable, and I am already seeing an improvement…she has my recommendation.
