I love it when a surgeon will say a prayer with you before he does a surgery and he has a great follow-up. Highly suggest Nathan for anyone needing a hip or knee replacement

Having a knee replacement is a big surgery and he explains some things that you could do before the surgery. He explains that better fit physically you are will help your recovery. But he said, at the same time he says he knows it’s easier said than done so he told me to do the best that I can. That was so reassuring to me. Because it shows that he’s a realist, caring and very loving. Just that statement alone will make me work harder to get ready for my surgery.

I did not have a good experience with Dr Williams or his assistant Tony. I’ll just sum it up with they are rude, arrogant, and think they know it all. Williams continually cut me off as I tried to explain problems after surgery and WOULD NOT listen. Don’t go to him.

My mother-in-law had a hip replacement in October 2022. Prior to surgery she was doing Pilates multiple times a week; very active and healthy. She is now 6 months post hip replacement surgery with chronic daily pain. Dr. Williams told her in a follow-up appointment two months ago that she had to "change her attitude" and it will take time to get better. She returned today after an MRI that she had to basically force them to run for her, and he talked down to her saying that maybe this is her "lot in life" that God has for her, and she is going to have to change her attitude. He said "no wonder your husband is so mad at me, you have a terrible attitude about this." I have never written a bad review for any doctor, however I am so frustrated that this doctor talked down to the most positive, energetic and caring person I've ever known. Instead of coming alongside her to help her, he basically said "this is your fault and you will have live with it." No thank you. Bedside manner matters!

I met Dr. Nathan Williams for the first time this morning and I felt really comfort with him. Through a conversation with my friend, AJ (I'm leaving her last name out), he was the doctor who operated on her so that she can walk again (after having her left leg in a knee brace, using a walker and cane for 25 years)! What a miracle and what a blessing that Dr. Nathan Williams came in both of our lives.

I had total Hip replacement with anterior approach from Dr. Williams. In and out surgery that day walked and felt great. Really didn't need a walker but was on a cane in 3 days, walking a mile after a week, back to work in 3 weeks no cane, and no limp. This was totally unlike the other hip which was done by a different dr lateral approach with much longer recovery time and limped for months. Recommend Dr Williams doing Anterior Approach with Tony doing the closing.

It was an incredible experience from the time I came in the door!!! The receptionist helped with questions on my paperwork that I had problems with. She sat with me until everything was done. She used a great patience and care. X-Ray techs were so caring I was in a lot of pain and they moved me slowly.asking several times if I needed a break. Dr. Williams could not have been more encouraging. Everything was explained thoroughly in terms I could understand. He took time for all of my questions. Discussed the medicine he was prescribing for me, how to take them, and what to expect. If I could give this facility higher than a 5, I would !!!! Thanks again for such a wonderful experience in my time of pain and suffering.
