Dr Ash and the rest of the team were absolutely wonderful. Everybody was very professional, friendly and courteous. The waiting time was a bit longer than expected, but in general it was great experience, I'd recommend it.

This place is rude and dont care about your appointment you make.. like surgery where you have to take off for a week... and you guys dont even know im coming in on the day you scheduled ...

Amanda was absolutely rude when helping my step father check in very condescending tone, and above all watching Netflix to where we could hear it through her earpods not paying full attending resulting in us having to repete things to her. It baffles me how a person even has a job but based on the ratings of this location the leadership seams to just not care will never come back

Dr Ash is the most wonderful and amazing doctor I've ever had! He is a kind and knowledgeable doctor. If you need a urologist I 100% recommend him and his nurse Brandy. Together these two make a wonderful team.

Dr. Graves is absolutely wonderful. Any of the hate that he gets from these bad reviews needs to be Met with some understanding, HE'S A COMPREHENSIVE DOCTOR, meaning he wants a full picture of what is going on with you and how to actually improve... and that takes time. Bring your work, phone, or a book with you, you'll be OK (grow up!). This is a doctor that actually wants to see the best for his patience and isn't just collecting a check. You want a doctor that doesn't care about the client, then you'll get a doctor on time scheduling...and Nothing done for your problem. This really goes for any doctor in my experience. The irony that healthcare clients are called "patients" is hilarious to me. The universe doesn't revolve around you get over yourself! Have a little flexibility in your schedule if you actually want to solve your medical problems.

Dr. Ash is wonderful but the front office staff are rude and will hang up on you. They seem like they’re upset they need to work and answer calls.
