Don't ever go to 02. it's not a real doctors' office. they never return calls. Trying to get them to review my CT scan since January. The sad part is that Dr. Gupta is great, but the office gets in the way of getting access to the doctor.Total scam. Front desk person should be fired; never gives messages to the doctor, hangs up you and never knows medical records have been received after 3 months! AMAZING TO SEE MOST OTHER REVIEWs HERE HAVing THE  SAME PROBLEM WITH THE OFFICE GETTING BASIC FOLLOW UP!FOR EXAMPLE "Not at all happy with the front desk and the nurses. To get a prescription refilled it takes days. When I visited the doctor he prescribed refills and I had to follow up so many times and even in spite of telling them I out of my medication they don't care."OR THIS ONE: "Totally agree with the other person that said save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.  There is no follow through...ever.  Don't know that they have ever called me back.  It's always me that has to call them back.  I like the doctor, but this a total train wreck of a system.  Guess I'm going to have to go someplace else."

RACIST DO NOT GO HERE!!! I repeat: DO NOT GO HERE!!!  The few good staff members they had are no longer here. The only reason they are getting 1 star is because I have rate to make this post! They don't deserve anything.  Myself and another patient's family members were told they could not come in office during visit. We were told by Racist Julie the nurse, that Racist Dr. Gupta said family members could not come in office with patients. I asked when, was told it had been for the longest. I knew that was a lie. I have a had family member with me during several of my visits.  More so during the last few visits.  The other other lady who was told she could not come in the back was with Mother who was in a wheelchair and needed assistance. While we there, I saw other patients who were not black, leave from the back with their family members.  There was even one gentleman who was not in a wheelchair had family member in the back with him.I told my daughter to come on in the back. Racist Julie said if my daughter came in the back she was going to do my visit.  I took my medicine away from her and walked out!!!! I will never go back here.Yes I am reporting Racist Julie and Racist Dr. Gupta.  I am going to take every measure necessary to file complaint in every place complaint can be filed - social media, medical media, news and all!!
