Dr. Ghali came into our appointment with a certain idea of me and was ready to argue. I told the MA that I was “hesitant to use topical steroids” for my 3 year old because I’ve had people close to me deal with topical steroid withdrawal. I am not against it but the first thing he said to me after introducing himself was “I don’t know what you’ve read on the internet but steroids are safe and have no side effects.” Lies. There are side effects to everything. Also very aggressive. Made me feel like a bad parent the whole appointment. Said things like “mom, look how bad her skin looks.” As if I don’t know that already. We are being treated by another doctor now and are seeing tremendous results with my daughter’s eczema.
I recently took my baby in for a bump on her eyebrow we were concerned about and left feeling so informed and well taken care of! We were seen by Nicole and she was so kind, gentle, and caring towards us and my baby girl. The nurse here was also so sweet and accommodating. It was our first time here and we felt so loved! All our questions were answered and we never felt rushed or dismissed; which was so helpful. We are so thankful to Nicole and the staff for your excellent hospitality and care! We know our family is in great hands here!
I simply cannot say enough about this practice! Dr. Ghali and his staff are truly exceptional! My son got a staph infection in his knee, and I initially took him to an urgent care who started him antibiotics, but it worsened. I took him to Dr. Ghali, and I am overwhelmed by the level of care they provided! They stayed late to give him extra attention, and upon additional examination, Dr. Ghali made the incredibly astute call to send my son to the ER at Cook Children’s. They called the hospital in advance for us and sent us with detailed notes. I seriously can’t fathom what the outcome would have been if they hadn’t cared so much! Even the ER Dr. gave all credit to Dr. Ghali!! It’s also important to note that this is not an isolated incident. We’ve gone to this practice for many years, and the care has been consistently top tier. It just so happens that this time, it may have actually saved my son’s leg. Thank you is completely insufficient.
Los horarios estan mal vine con mi niña y estaban cerrados 4:30 cuando dice q cierran a las 5 y el sistema dice 5:20
Dr Netravali is absolutely wonderful, thorough, and kind! My toddler did so well with her, and her sweet nurse that assisted her. I am so thankful that we found them, and are able to act quickly on my daughter’s skin issue that requires prompt attention! Highly recommend this team!
Do not take your kids here! I drove an hour to come to this clinic because I heard it was the best around. It was a long wait which I’m fine with for good service. When the dr finally came in he looked at my son’s rash and was in and out of the exam room within 5 min. Diagnosed my son with eczema after taking a quick glance. Did not examine any other part of his body and did not even have him get undressed or anything. The dr was literally backing out of the room while I was asking him questions so he could get to his next patient. So we started on the prescription and it caused my son to bleed so I called the nurse. The nurse was very dismissive and told me to keep using the medication and if it continued I would need to come back in. Copay is pretty high to start with so I decided to go elsewhere and get a second option. Went to UT Southwestern 10/10 would recommend. Had my son get undressed and had a cute little gown for him to wear. The dr examined every part of my son’s body including his scalp. Took a swab of the rash to send to the lab and took the time to answer every single question I asked and explained everything in detail. Very thorough! Come to find out my son has staph infection which could have been caught at Pediatric Dermatology of North Texas if he would have took the time and truly examined him and wasn’t in a rush. Tried to call the office to speak to office manager to make her aware and was told she would call me back because she is seeing patients. Of course she never called me. Very disappointed and we will not be returning. I will also be letting my son’s pediatrician know not to refer anymore patients to this practice.
So many great things to say about Dr. Ilka! We came in super frustrated from another clinic, another town. Our son had a wart on his finger that had not been treated as it should been. Our first visit, Dr Ilka had a plan. Within a few weeks we had complete resolvement. She and her staff are great with kids and making them feel confortable. I can’t express how happy and thankful we are and our son has a new sense of confidence. I recommend taking your children here first. Thank you Dr. Ilka!!!!!
Dr. Netravali is amazing! On the very first visit she was able to quickly and accurately diagnose (and resolve) an issue that had gone unresolved despite repeated medical visits elsewhere. Her knowledge, incredible expertise, and empathy made all the difference. Best medical experience we’ve ever had. Grateful we found her!
Part I didn’t like was that they send the prescription to a specific pharmacy, even before checkout - without asking me. When I asked they said it would be cheaper there - i am sure patients would not like their doctor office to tell them which pharmacy to use. They should just stick to giving the prescription and not force patients to use any specific pharmacy. Let patients decide on what pharmacy they would like
I just had the worst experience with the credentialing person in the Frisco office. My daughter is still without a prescription that was prescribed over a month ago. The insurance specialist told me that I needed to call the pharmacy because that's not her job. She then proceeded to tell me that she hasn't received anything from CVS and if i needed the prescription then..... I told her to send me my daughter's file. I will not be back to this office. 😠

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
