Does anyone actually work here? I’ve called all week long, left messages and today remained on hold for over an hour. I’ve never talked to anyone. Im not sure how this is a working business considering there have been other reviews stating you never get a hold of anyone and nobody ever calls you back. I’m really wondering if this practice is even a practice still.
I’ve been calling and calling for several days and they never answer the phone. I guess I will take my business elsewhere.
I am writing a review as I am having the same experience as many are having lately. I call and hold indefinitely with no answer, and no reply to my voicemails to be seen as a new patient. My husband is a physician and I cannot begin to imagine allowing this type of dysfunction in a practice. Something must be wrong. But at least be honest rather than the business posting replies to people as though nothing is wrong, just call our office. Ridiculous.
I called multiple times trying to make an appointment for my kids. I always waited for an unbelievably long time until I gave up on waiting and left voice messages, but no call back at all. Are they still in business?
So I called to make appointments for my children. I asked if they take medicaid, was told no. Ok, I hear that a lot in Grapevine so I asked for the self pay cost. The staff member on the phone told me they can't tell me the cost. I asked why not and she explained, in a very condescending tone may I add, that I'm not allowed to know because I said I had Medicaid meaning I can't afford it so to cash pay would be fraud. That is absolutely disrespectful and ridiculous all over.

This is ridiculous. I have been trying to reach my daughter's doc for 3 weeks. Always out to lunch. Can never contact anyone. Im so upset.
The front office clerks that answer the phone have bad attitude. Firstly they won’t pick up call. Second when she call back , the way she was talking was not pleasant i just hold her to get memberID and within a minute she drop the phone on me and never give a call back. Word of advise, get staff members that have proper phone etiquette and true customer service. How hard can it be to answer the phone, take information and schedule appointments with a good attitude?
So we arrive during our appointment time, the waiting room was packed so I knew something was up. I asked the front desk and they said, "their system was down". It was a 45 min plus wait! Why didn't you call me so I don't waste my time and come down here. Do yourself a favor and go to another doctor, we are. Their customer service is horrible just look at the recent reviews. They don't know how to treat the people that put food on their table.
Dr. Ghali is the best by all means! He treated my babies eczema when nobody else could! Loved the facility, love the staff, everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable!
Started taking my daughters here the initial appointment were great. Now I call, and nobody answers the phone. I know plenty others have been having the same issue. I hope you guys and Pediatric Dermatology understand that in order for you to resole any issues you will have to actually start answering your phone calls.
This is pediatric clinical but staff and dr are not a very kid friendly...

It's so hard trying to get someone on the phone to make an appointment, 12 phone calls and no answer. I end it up doing the appointment online but it took over a month for them to confirm that appointment. Now I am supposed to call them to cancel but once again I cannot get anyone to answer the phone, what a waste of time. Office Staff, hope you see this before 8/05- Please cancel my daughters appointment, I won't try calling again.
Made appointment at the Grapevine location (5 minutes from the house). Received a voice mail 1hr45 before the appointment changing location to Frisco. Made it to Frisco 20 minutes late - was told told that they wouldn't see me because I was late.
Super efficient office, easy to schedule, Dr was very nice and great with kids. Highly recommend.
My daughter and I just saw the most amazing PA, Nicole! She gave us the whole run through, listened and was just amazing. My daughter randomly picked her LSU gear today and Nicole went to school there! Many of our close friends are LSU Shreveport people. She really connected to make Evie comfortable and was kind when my 4 yr old started talking over her😬🤣
