Today was my first and last visit with Dr. Amin. The entire visit with her felt rushed. She offered no details regarding treatments and little guidance on anything else. I was in the patient room with her for ~10 minutes. I stated up front that I had several concerns and began to explain. At no point when I said that did she inform me she was limiting how many issues she addresses. After the 10 minutes, she interjects and tells me to make another appointment for further discussion (of course, so she can collect another copay). I would understand if we had been in the patient room for 30 min., but it was far from a half hour visit. Prior to this, I had never met with any physician in any specialty who cuts me off after only 10 min. and requests I schedule another appointment. Absolutely ridiculous.

Yes, I would recommend Dr. Amin to my family and friends. She is courteous, caring, and applies treatment gently. She listens and checks out the problem. The entire staff is quite pleasant and professional.

The entire staff and Dr. Amin were very thorough and took time to listen to all of my concerns. Happy and uplifting healthcare service, this should be the norm. Will be back for a follow-up checkup!

After waiting almost an hour to be seen, I was taken back to an exam room- I told the nurse (as well as on their website when I made the appointment) that I had three issues that I wanted to be seen for. When I was telling the nurse, she said I could only pick two issues per visit. I gave her my top two concerns. When Dr. Amin came in she was very hurried- I explained my first issue and she quickly said what it was and what she was going to prescribe and was wrapping up. I stopped her and said I had another issue and she said she only takes care of one issue per visit. I told her - oh, the nurse told me I could pick two- she then contradicted me and said that the nurse said one issue. Basically calling me a liar- I was mortified. The nurse came in after the Dr left and asked if she handled both issues. I said, no- she would only take care of one concern per visit. She wanted to see me in a month- and at checkout they asked when I wanted to come back- I said I would be going elsewhere.

Great experience. Easy to book appointment and they actually saw me at the scheduled time which is rare for medical offices. Very polite and helpful. Listened to my concerns and gave me a treatment plan. Informative and very helpful,

I’ve found a gem with Dr. Kane at Dermatology Solutions in Grapevine. The front desk is always friendly and helpful. The checkin is seamless. The office is clean. They somehow get me in pretty quickly when I need it. Dr Kane listens and spends time with you answering questions and examining to get an accurate solution to the problem.They are great from the front reception, to the assistants, and doctors!

I love doc Jennifer. She's friendly and very knowledgeable.
