Took my momma in and Macey was very friendly and professional! Ariana took her vitals and xray and was very accommodating, sweet and treated mom with respect and dignity. The NP Judy (hope that was her name) was extremely kind, professional and helpful! I'd return and highly recommend! PS it's extremely clean!

(Jessica Nottingham) We chose this urgent care because we weren't trying to do a hospital wait time, be around a large group of I'll people and it wasn't an emergency. My finger had a nice little gash that I probably could have super glued shut but I wanted to make sure I didn't need Stitches and since I have insurance I figured I'd get checked out. Very clean office, the staff was very helpful and friendly. Painless process and we were in and out within an hour (give it take). Would definitely utilize this office again and recommend to others.

This was my first visit. I was treated with kindness, courtesy and professionalism. Very thorough, ran the necessary tests to give me a diagnosis. Gave me a full print out of my visit, prescribed meds and offered me a Dr's note for work, which I needed. Also very affordable. I highly recommend Integrity Urgent Care.

My wife had been sick with a frustrating deep cough. Thought it was a bad cold but after more than 2 wks of this we decided to get a doctor's diagnosis. Because we had to wait to see our regular doctor and she needed help now, we decided to go to an emergency facility, but the ER is too expensive for those without insurance, so were told Integrity care was the place to go and we're glad we went! Found out my wife had acute bronchitis and we got her the proper medical attention from them!! If you don't have insurance and it's not a matter of life and death I suggest you go them!!!

Front desk was happy and cheerful. Medical tech was very sincere and the PA, Judy, was very caring, direct and informative. She took the time to help me understand my pain and set in to place a realistic resolution and guidance with clear expectations. Follow thru with pharmacy was handled quickly. Facility was very clean. All staff was professional and genuine.
