Everybody in the office is nice. At no point did I ever feel I was not treated with care. My one-star review is for the doctor himself and his methods. He is young, so perhaps he just lacks experience. He put me in therapy before i was healed, which caused more damage and delayed the healing by 6 more months. He would not do the imaging I requested because of cost, yet he is not the one paying. He selected costly options that were not necessary. Perhaps they were just textbook responses. I never healed properly, which is due to his carelessness and delays in imaging which clearly reflected I was not healed. The radiologist misread the first image and the doctor did not even question his report, which should have raised everybody's eyebrows in Rockwall county. I absolutely cannot recommend him as he makes poor & hasty decisions. I also found that he just "does things" without discussing with the patient why he is doing it and how it will help. My wife saw it the whole time.
