Refused to discuss my issues I went in for and insisted on a costly procedure which I agreed to and when I had complications she blamed me and said I wasn’t following post procedure instructions and was very rude. Won’t go back or recommend

Dr Andre’s scope goes beyond description as she has performed day surgery on me in addition to eye exams. Her protocols are extensive and credited to my total successes. She is indeed 5 star

She is a very good Doctor. However she has no concept of time. The surgery was performed two hours after scheduled (I sat in operating chair wondering if I had been forgotten.) Also, the phone is never answered, nor are calls returned in my experience.

Dr. Andre is a excellent and caring physician. I just had a upper eyelid surgwry and I can alrwady see great results. She prayed over me twice. Wow...this is the first doctor that has ever prayed beforw and after a procedure. She is good at what she does and I would highly recommend her!

Dr. Andre is an incredibly kind and knowledgeable opthamologist. She goes over and above in order to provide exceptional care to her patients. She was willing to talk to me over the phone and through text late into the night while on her vacation in order to begin treating my serious eye condition immediately. She has a very unbiased medical approach and is active in following a treatment plan that will produce the best results for the patient even if it is not the traditional method. Dr. Andre is open about her faith and willing to speak truth into any situation. This meant a lot to me because 1 I knew I could trust her diagnosis, and 2 I knew she would give me the best care and medical advise that she could. I highly recommend her to everyone. Cannot say enough about Dr Andre she actually spends time with her patients and listens to what they have to tell her she saved my husbands life we came in to get a eye examine we did not realize that my husband had a cancer in his neck by her taking time with us and her concern she proceeded to get him to where he needed to be and ordered ct scans, x-rays and getting us to the right Dr at UT Southwestern, We had neck surgery at UT and was cancer the Dr was able to get all the cancer we still go for check-ups at UT and so far they all have been ok so if you have to wait awhile to see Dr Andre it is all worth it because it could be your family member she is saving.She saved my husband. s Cannot say enough about Dr Andre she actually spends time with her patients and listens to what they have to tell her she saved my husbands life we came in to get a eye examine we did not realize that my husband had a cancer in his neck by … More
