M. Eyad Zonjy's Online Review Report Card

I saw Dr. Zonjy in April of 2023 because I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, the visit with him , I believe was good and I could tell he was the type of Doctor who wants to see how you the patient is being affected so I had hopes, I feel he did order tests for me to be checked for some more things but some of the tests I had already performed before seeing him so that leads me to believe his staff did not get my labs or anything done before visit so I had them done again but he did order a JC virus test to check if I had ever had JC virus and this was promising because it made me think that he was thinking maybe to put me on Tysabri which is a medication for Multiple Sclerosis so Dr. Zonjy in my opinion did his job but I can't say the same for his staff because after I saw him nobody came to me and explained if I was to go do the tests right then and where to go, if they would call me or anything so I had to figure it out on my on. Here it is June and I still have not heard anything back about my lab results and I have called many times, I also asked if Dr. Zonjy was going to put me on something to help me and the lady said no that he was waiting until I get a Lumbar Puncture done, first off, I have a Medical Background and I know that a Lumbar Puncture is not necessary to start me on something because I have all blood test done to rule out other things that mimic Multiple Sclerosis, I have already had MRI's with Contrast and without Contrast and CT scans so thier is enough to start me on something so that being said this could be because of Dr. Zonjy but then it could be because of the staff he has which by what I have seen already I am thinking this lays on his staff because they are supposed to be a team, I was a Medical Assistant myself and if I was the Manager I would be letting some people go because they are not helping his patients that is the reason for the bad reviews. It was nice meeting you Dr. Zonjy and I hope you get better staff but because of this I will be going to another Nuerologist but I hope your staff knows I know my HIPPA and I will be getting my Medical Records.

I was in a motorcycle accident in 2020. I live with severe chronic pain since. I was prescribed gabapentin which is absolutely useless.

Terribly unprofessional. Waited 9 hours for MRI results…..never got them; had to leave hospital AMA; due to the fact I couldn’t get discharged without the consult.

Not to impressed, after two spread out appointments I left feeling like I needed to get a second opinion. At first I felt positive because he ordered many labs but when I went back to him the second time he didn’t address the lab which my CRP was elevated and a couple of other labs were not normal and he never went over them with me. I also started having bad headaches in between the appointments and like I said before they were scheduled 4 months apart he didn’t even suggest radiology, he just said from a Neurologist standpoint he was done and I should go to my Rhaumtoidlogist because I do have Fibro. In my heart I feel like not all these signs & symptoms I’m having are do to Fibro. I feel like I’m back to square one.

The office staff plays and laughs without any care for the patients. They never answer the phone and call back my 8am calls at 4:55pm. They then don’t answer the phone when I call back at 4:57pm.

I've been seeing Dr Zonjy since 2017. He diagnosed me with MS & have been seeing him since. I like him & his staff, have never had any problems with them.

Saw him today as a new patient. I was very impressed. He took his time with me and treated me like a person. He showed care and concern. His staff was also friendly. I look forward to being under his care for years to come.

I have seen neurologist since I was 7 years old. I have been going to Dr. Zongy for over 5 years now and he’s the first to get my migraines under control.

Not helpful at all and they're hell to get ahold of. If you need something urgently good luck with these people. Worst experience ever
