I will never come here again. They called me to move my appointment time up I agreed I told the lady over the phone I want my birth control removed reasons for the appointment she goes “ it’s up to the doctor if they wanna remove it or not” since when did the doctor make a life choice for someone else’s body? I’ve had issues with my iud for few months now and the last thing I want is to waste $265 on a appointment for someone to tell me I can’t have it removed and still give them my money I worked hard for! This isn’t the first time I had issues with her she forced tube tying a lot and it’s so unprofessional of a doctor forcing things on patients that want more kids. I will never come here again. Dr. Hollis delivered my last baby via c section i dont like the scar its doesn't look clean. I signed papers to get my tubes tied but in my postpartum appointment she was offering me birth control. Which scared me because i had signed to get my tubes tied. She said she probably did tie them or she yanked them out. Her office staff kept losing my paperwork and giving me unscheduled appointments. Sometimes they would be rude when it was there fault. The midwives were the sweetest. 6 months later i got send to collection for a fee she never told me about. But i payed it because after all the horrible service i have my healthy sweet baby boy. I just hope she does provide better service to all future mommas. Dr. Hollis is an amazing doctor. If it wasn't for her I would have had a 3 miscarriage. She helped us have a beautiful babygirl

I really like Dr Hollis and her office staff is always very nice. The only problem I have is that they never answer their phone. I have been calling since they opened at 8:30 am to reschedule a 10:30 appointment and there is no answer, not even an answering machine. Other than that, it has been a positive experience.

Dr. Hollis has a very poor bedside manner. She is rude and very disrespectful. Both, my daughter and I, used to see her. Today, my daughter had an appt and discovered they are no longer at their location and refused to give her the birth control shot she’s been getting from them for the past year. No notice if the relocation or anything. Now she has the medication but no one to administer it to her. ...

Doctor Hollis and her staff provided excellent care for my during hysterectomy my recovery was pain free and every visit they have been very pleasant to be around providing a lot of information for my surgery and tests and exams

The front desk staff is RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. If I could give a lower rating for the staff I would. I was explaining that my birth control is for my endometriosis and I cannot run out and the lady would not stop talking over me. When I asked to speak to someone else she simply hung up the phone in my face. They do not warn you when you are out of refills and when you need to come in. Instead of calling me to let me know that I need to come in for a well woman’s exam in order to get my medication they just waited until I needed the medication again to say they would no longer fill it. I am an out of state graduate student and I fly in and drive an hour one way to see Dr. Hollis. I have also had pharmacies call me to tell me that the staff is rude to them when they are trying to refill my prescriptions. I requested for my medical records to be faxed to my university, and they never did. They take their sweet time doing anything that you ask them to do. I have never dealt with a more unprofessional staff in my life. Pick another office if you can because I definitely will from here on out. Dr. Hollis is by far the WORST doctor I have ever dealt with. My daughter has had the worst care while under her guidance. This is her 2nd high risk pregnancy. She advise Dr. Hollis that she wanted her tubes tied after delivery and the doctor all but has refused stating that she can make that decision after she gives birth. She has left my daughter waiting for long periods of time in the patient room, her bed side manor is horrific. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt, even told my daughter, you are just emotional, let's just get through this....Absolutely not! Even if you have lost your job due to Covid and are left with Medicaid as your insurance provider, DO YOUR RESEARCH! Do not settle for this doctor. She is horrible! Further more, when my daughter asked for her medical records because she was changing doctors in her 9 month of pregnancy, her office wanted to charge for her for that. Again, do your research! Do not settle for this doctor. Having a baby, no matter what your circumstance might be, should be one of the most precious memory/experience one can have! I went to dr Hollis for months of heavy bleeding first visit was fine second Visit they lost my paperwork all of it so I had to spend another 20 minutes filling it out again, then I get into my room and I’m not been seeing the doctor I’m seeing her midwife they couldn’t remember who I was or why I was being seen or what medication they prescribe me, then I came in again for extreme pain and bleeding yet again I don’t see the doctor I see her midwife again they can’t prescribe me any pain meds or anything they ended up doing a procedure that put me in worst pain that I’ve ever felt and I’ve had natural childbirth four times. Dr. Hollis probably saved my life. While the scheduling and front staff can be challenging at times, they are very busy and often have new employees. Dr. Hollis is very knowledgeable!! She is very thorough! She ended up finding my cancer when other professionals were unable to determine what was going on, as well as my Chronic fatigue syndrome and pointed me in the right direction to start to find help and deal with this. These were going on for 2 years! 2 years of going to doctor trying to find out what was wrong with me, until sitting with Dr. Hollis! Don’t let the bad reviews or challenges with new front staff deter you from the best care! Dr Hollis hands down has been a life saver for me! Her knowledge and patient care is beyond excellent!
