........"I'm done, you can find somewhere else" and proceeded to walk out of the room. I then stated "How dare you throw paperwork at one of your patients parents. You are absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL." As a father it took everything within me to stay seated. First of all she was out of line and out of order for even making the statement "Isn't she the one that buys the groceries!" Secondly, if by me asking her to address both parents pulled on her wrinkled skin...it's time to retire. Third and final was the total disrespect to my daughter, her mother and myself by throwing the test result paper into to her lap. NEVER would I recommend THIS pediatric doctor. Shame on you Patrice!

We used a midwife for our prenatal and birth, apparently Dr. Patterson seemed to have an issue with this and attempted to tell us we HAD to have her do all screenings and appointments. Got visibly angry with me when I said I had a newborn screening already scheduled with our midwife and was all around making my husband and I feel like we were stupid and didn’t know our child’s best interests. Would not recommend to anyone who actually wants a say in their child’s life whatsoever!!

Both of my children have been seeing Dr Patterson since birth. My oldest is now taking is baby to her. She is amazing. Friendly, straightforward without being rude. She explains extremely well. She makes each visit pleasant and never seems rushed. She truly cares for her patients. Recommended!!

We have used Dr. P for 15 years. We have a 15 year old, 11 year old, and an 8 month old that all see Dr. P. During our time as patients service has been consistent. It is easy to get in to the office, but wait time in the office/room is usually very long, Dr. P listens thoroughly to concerns and does not make me feel rushed during the appointment. She explains what treatments are recommended and why they are important. She takes time to answer questions; I appreciate that. A few times we have had to come back for misdiagnosis but it was during treatments of allergies and/or asthma which often give same symptoms. She does not typically follow up with us after the visit but does recommend that we follow up with her. Her staff services all doctors at the clinic and they are often revolving. I've had a few instances with rude receptionists and other staff (not her nurse who is amazing) and when I advise the office manager she doesn't seem concerned with anything I have to say. If I feel it's important enough I just tell Dr. P and she has it addressed.
