Dr.Brancheau is the bomb!! This Dr saved me from me being totally crippled. My feet were in the most horrible condition that they hurt me to walk a few minutes a day. Dr Brancheau literally saved me, at the young age of 35 years old, from permanently being in a wheelchair for the rest of my life. There just isn’t enough great words to say about this man. The worst experience! Dr argued with me about where my pain was, even insisted on checking his notes before he would believe where my pain was . They pushed me to overpay for regular insoles , they did not even fit and made things worse. They are very shady, pushing things at high prices you don’t even need. I hope you save yourself and loved ones lost time and money , find an actual real dr who listens to what you are saying. The worst experience! I am a patient of Dr. Paul Brancheau. He’s a one of a kind person and truly amazing. However, I also work for the practice now and can honestly attest that each and every one of these doctors put so much time in their patients. They are constantly thinking on new was on how to fix things and make you feel better in as short amount as possible. They love to see a patient that needs help leave with a smiling face. Dr. Brancheau's office staff and services blew me away today. I called about 2 weeks ago and spoke to Katelyn, she listened to me and also showed empathy for my 14 year old son who has been dealing with a severely infected ingrown toe nail. Not only was she so friendly, she helped walk me through the process for my insurance. I spoke to her on several occasions before scheduling an appointment and everytime I talked to her she made me feel important. They were not her issues nor her child's issues and she was so patient and helpful to me and my son. She is absolutely amazing. Then I got to meet Dr. Brancheau....Dr. B and his nurse were so great with my son. They made him feel comfortable while tackling this infected Big Toe. The instruments used and knowledge I have never seen before. Me and my family will always come here for any podiatrist services. Dr B & his staff deserves more than 5 stars. Dr Steven Brancheau and all the residents in the wound care clinic are the best! Very friendly and attentive. A big shout out to Dr Eric Duffin! Thank you for being blunt and honest. It motivated me to take better care of.my feet and blood sugar! Highly recommend!
