Dr. K delivered my first child and it was a breeze, easy pregnancy; so no issues on their end. My second pregnancy was definitely not the same. Apparently after giving birth to my first child my thyroid levels skyrocketed and I was never made aware, even though they had all the info about it. It wasn't until I had a miscarriage that I started questioning things. It turns out that two years previous my thyroid levels were in the 600's! Which then led to my miscarriage, since your thyroid helps tell your body what it needs to do once pregnant.. Then I still gave her the benefit of the doubt and she put me on thyroid medication. I went in several times to check how it was doing.. She came in and didn't even remember what she had put me on, then to make matters worse, she didn't remember I had had a miscarriage and asked me if I had.... 6 Months has gone by and my thyroid levels went up, instead of down... they told me to just stay on my dosage.... I am very upset and displeased.
Dr. K's staff has gotten my test results wrong twice and refuses to make it right. I am 20 weeks pregnant and went in on a Monday for what I thought was Braxton Hick... got a call back on Thursday to come in to go over test results. Dr. Haddock explain to me that I tested positive for Chlamydia and prescribed me antibiotics. I thought to myself there's just no way considering I have only been with one partner & my husband wouldn't cheat. I went to get a second opinion on Friday and was told the test results were negative and that I in fact DID NOT have Chlamydia. They refuse to give me my medical records so I could switch doctors. Told me I had to pay to get my records. I would not recommend using this doctors office. Dr. K's staff has gotten my test results wrong twice and refuses to make it right. I was supposed to have Dr. Hollis deliver my child but she happened to be on vacation. So Dr. K did my emergency C-Section and she was wonderful she was all about me and the baby she also chewed out Greenville hospital because they almost gave me the wrong blood type and killed me.
Long story short, I was 40weeks pregnant to the day. Went to the Greenville Er feeling off, shakey and intense cramping. She sent me home, claiming I couldn't possibly be 40weeks because their computers said I was only 37weeks. Her whole attitude was never about my well being, she stayed upset like I was "wasting her time" because my date was "off" and I guess my cramping wasn't believable enough. She checked me out and said I was definitely 2-3weeks from giving birth, that there was no way I was close and inducing was out of the question because it would "take too long" (her exact words). I was told to take tylenol for the cramping and was sent home. I had my baby less than 3hours later, in my home! Dr. K shouldn't have a practice and needs to learn that Moms to be know what their body is telling them!! Don't go to her!! Long story short, I was 40weeks pregnant to the day. 20 years ago. The lab test ratio for my baby to have Down's Syndrome. My husband and I were encouraged to get an amnio for the only purpose would be for us to not have her. Spending more time for this visit than I had seen her on other visits...giving us arguments about how our lives will be ruined. How I will have to quit my job. (I was a SpEd. Teacher!) We didn't get the amnio...we had a healthy baby girl. Who almost saw this doctor as a pregnant woman. I shared for her to go to another doctor. I had researched about how to have the healthiest newborn Down's baby and I found a mega vitamin regiment that would be harmful to a baby without downs. That was the only when she shared if we had the amnio-we would no longer be pregnant! 20 years ago. The lab test ratio for my baby to have Down's Syndrome. Very rude person who examined my daughter. She did not introduce herself. Horrible exam. The person didn’t ask questions. My daughter felt violated. Staff took a urine sample but didn’t say what it was for. The person who did the exam didn’t offer other known birth control options when asked, and said the migraines from current birth control was fine. She also told my daughter that it’s better to get blood clots than to get pregnant.
EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF!! APPOINTMENTS ALWAYS BEING RESCHEDULED DUE TO UNPROFESSIONALIZM ON THEIR PART. SHOULD'VE LISTENED TO ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS.
Rude,unprofessional!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
