I've seen Dr Ragireddy five times and every visit has been a great experience. He and his staff are profession, courteous, explain everything and I don't feel rushed.

My appointment was for 10:00am, I was asked to show at 9:30am to start paperwork. When I arrived I was informed my appointment was not until 11am. The front office staff was quite rude, unfriendly, and seemed to be bothered by my very presence at her window. At 11:45am I asked how much longer the wait might be, I was informed that I would not be seen until well after lunch, that I had 2 other patients in front of me and it would be a while. At this point I decided lunch and a new physician would be a better idea that continuing thru with my scheduled yet long over due visit.
