ABC is the best .

The overall experience of getting the root canal wasn’t bad. Didn’t feel much pain, but the after math of the root canal has been the worst pain. I have mouth sores, all my teeth in my mouth are hurting and shifting, my gums are still swollen 6 days later, my face is still swollen. Can’t eat on that side, drink on that side, can’t even close my mouth normal because it hurts so bad. Tylenol and Advil due nothing for the SEVERE pain I’ve been feelings and they gave me steroids to take. I think they made a huge mistake and nobody can fix it. Then I have to wait 6 weeks for my permanent most places do 4 and I’m definitely not gonna make it the 6 weeks with this pain. I won’t be coming back once I get my permanent.

ABC is my favorite place as far as a dental go to. I made sure my new insurance was accepted here as I do not wish to go anywhere else. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

When I walked in, I signed in and three minutes later I was called to the back. I was attended very fast and they took x-rays. Then the doctor came in to explain everything off my x-rays. They didn’t find any infections or cavities that could be causing my pain And the doctor was very patient explaining the reasons why I was feeling the pain and how I could prevent it temporarily because I’m going out of town.

So, my 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating is for what I have come to expect after several visits. #1 Expect to be greeted with a warm smile and a nice voice. First impressions are so important and Priscilla left a great first impression on me. #2. If you check in 10 minutes prior to your appointment, which they ask you to, expect them to call you back real close to your appointment time. Mine have always been on time. Please note the sign that says you may be called out of order due to a variety of dentist on staff. #3 At some point, expect to be greeted by one of the Friendliest persons I have ever met. Treatment Coordinator Tori. #4 All of this happens, in my opinion, because of great leadership which is office manager Jennifer. #5 Expect great dental work. I feel very blessed to have Dr. Xu as my dentist. He and a variety of his assistants work very well together. #6 Then you can always expect a follow-up call the day after your treatment or work done on you to see if you have any pain or discomfort or any other issues. They truly care. They are closed on Sunday so if you get work done on Saturday don’t expect a check up call till Monday. #7 For these reasons and more that I didn’t mention. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️-JQ

I came in for a dentist appointment after some time of no dental work and everyone made me feel so welcomed !! You can tell they love doing their job by showing gratitude and consideration ! Thanks to Tori and the assistant and everyone else who helped me with the best options for myself ! I recommend this facility to anyone who is looking for a welcoming experience with no judgement! Thank you guys ! Looking forward to my next appointment with you guys 🤓

Dr Lu and her assistant Daniela did a great job with my crown. They took their time cleaned out the old one fit a new one in place took it out. Make sure I was happy with it took x-rays. Dr Lu is great. This is the second time she’s worked on me. The office people are very good friendly. It’s very clean. Thank you for everything You’ve done

Tori was amazing, she really took her time to find out what I needed and wanted done. She helped me with a good plan that not only helped me in the long run but also suited me financially. I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you so much Tori.

Doctor and staff was amazing had a great visit!!

I love this office! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The doctors are professional and genuinely care about their patients. Very clean facility with affordable prices. Highly recommended.
