I was at Seton emergency rm with my daughter. She had fallen from a ladder at work. We sat there from 1:30am to 8am in the morning . When we finally got back to the room we stilled waited for another 45min . They then messed up in her meds instead of charging them to work mens comp. They made us pay out of picket. Which when I called was not what I was told. Waste of time driving all the way back for. Please get on the same page. I feel that you should judge your cases by there emergencies and falling from a ladder would of been a priority. Very disappointed with this emergency room and will not use again . Will take my chances with the other two.I was at Seton emergency rm with my daughter. She had fallen from a ladder at work. We sat there from 1:30am to 8am in the morning . ER Belinda very nice. ICU very plesent people. Final area nurses nice floor nurse was mean . She did everything for my exit rude.
Seton is wonderful yes sometimes a wait time but im pregnant with my first and instead of saying im crazy they let me see the baby if im conserned or if im in pain or when something is unusual ik some places find that annoying but as a pregnant woman it is realy scary and I usually got to the er
Waited 5.5 hours while people essentially waited 2hrs to be seen. I had a bartholin cyst and it felt like I was going through a procedure of draining it when I walked in, I couldn’t sit or stand straight. There was a cool 1.5hrs no one was called. It ended up popping on its own so I left… 01:40-0630. The front desk people were sweet as heck though.Waited 5.5 hours while people essentially waited 2hrs to be seen. I went to the ER and they saw me right away with no wait. My ER nurse Sarah was awesome and very patient and caring. I really appreciate the team checking on me during this time while trying to figure out what was going on with me. They answered all my questions and was very patient with me. Also, the registration lady Ms. Tara was very nice, polite and awesome. She helped me set up my mychart, i would recommend this ER to anyone. Called and the lady directed me to the ER and the guy that answered was very rude I asked about getting a feeding tube removed and he said “well I can’t do it over the phone” I asked him to direct me back to the front desk and ask soon as I explained that I asked to be sent back she hung up on me. Overall very rude staff.

When I first got seen at Seton was amazing the nurses really nice and understanding of my condition and pain always really patient with me hearing me out on what’s going on. However as time went by of course I’m known to go to the hospital quite often do to me having lupus nephritis and fibromyalgia it’s just been terrible and a roll a coaster. Now that I go it’s like fed up with me being their and don’t really take time to know what’s going on I feel so rushed when I can’t even move quickly when I’m feeling very bad and hurt so to inflammation… the nurses now make me feel or look at me like I can’t believe she’s here again or as if I’m lying when I really am not it so awful.I have a serious diseases I have so many questions and need help figuring it out I can have low magnesium or low or things but they treat me for the night and send me home eventually I’ll be back within 1 week or so but they will admit someone with as a simple as a UTI I don’t get that at all. When I get a uti they send me home but mine is always way worse cuz my muscles weakness gets worse along with everything else and so much pain so I don’t get how that works at all..Rather someone been seen for first time or many times should be all treated fairly and not feel like the staff is fed up with helping me or seeing me there when I can’t help many times going in the hospital at all, trust me I hate being in there all the time just as they stand seeing me.Fibromyalgia and lupus patients matter just as much as everyone else our pains muscle weaknesses are real it’s not a lie stop looking at me like a liar or make me feel that way. When I first got seen at Seton was amazing the nurses really nice and understanding of my condition and pain always really patient with me hearing me out on what’s going on. Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
