Why a 2 star and not a 1 star? The VA referred me out for a procedure and provided doctors. Researched Dr. Nolan Perez and saw recommendations and elected to the board of Medicine. I received the Bait and Switch doctors during my procedure. In fact I did not even meet the doctor that was preforming the procedure as he was too busy with his phone when I was brought in. Afterwards, no follow up until Friday when they wanted to confirm my follow up and again not even with the doctor that performed the procedure. I did not go to the follow up to have some assistant, that was not even a doctor, to tell me that I am still alive. BTW don't try calling and leaving a message on the phone system. Can't leave a message, but a long message how good they are. Going to refer this to the VA for action. Not at all happy with this facility.

Very nice staff, very professional and friendly atmosphere... Clinical staff very attentive and helpful and Dr. Perez superb personality does not treat you like just another pt, he gives you the time and respect to complete a wonderful experience

My experience with Dr. Perez was very professional and informative. I do have a problem with the clinic. They will not answer the phone and I am trying to reschedule a procedure. I’ve tried for three days to get through and also emailed the clinic.

Dr Pérez was great but waiting 1.5 hours to see him was a bit excessive of a wait. And I got to the office 15 min before appt. time!

I was seen right away. Everyone was friendly. Dr. Perez was very professional and sincerely cared about my symptoms.
