Everyone was just so welcoming, the timing was great. The way everyone just hears you out , I love how amazing they made me feel. Now Dr he has jokes made me feel awesome about that but main thing's I would say I would definitely recommend to come here is because he and the nurses show so much care about what I had to say then doctor literally gave me so much ease of mind on how he was in detail about my concerns etc. It is just the BEST clinic I have ever been too! (They are fast paced)

-All the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I am an autistic individual and I get very anxious when seeing a new doctor. I also had never visited with a male ob-gyn so I was extra anxious. As soon as I got in with the nurse she was very kind and gentle with me. I was able to consult with Dr. Torres in his office about my concerns. He took his time with me and did not rush me in any way. We discussed my options to treat my concerns and when I gave my opinion he accepted stating that I know what is best for me and my lifestyle. During the exam, Dr. Torres was amazing. He mentioned to me that he knew and worked with the previous ob-gyn I would see when I lived in McAllen and that just made me feel even more comfortable. I had to get some bloodwork done and the phlebotomy tech was amazing. She did not hurt me and I was not left with any bruising. Which is very rare for me. I did have to wait a while because the doctor had to go to the hospital to attend to a patient, but I did not mind at all. That only reinforced that he truly cares for his patients and I know if I was in that situation he would attend to me as well. I'm so glad that I found this doctor and I look forward to seeing him for a long time.

Dr. Torres is the best! So happy I ended up choosing him as my OBGYN doctor. When he delivered my son in March of 2021, my husband and I told him, "One and done." He told us we'd be back and sure enough he'll be delivering our baby girl in November 2022. Throughout my first pregnancy I was so worried about the actual delivery process. When Dr. Torres showed up in the room, he literally had my husband and I laughing out loud. I went from being nervous and anxious to feeling calm and comfortable. Can't thank him enough for the wonderful experience.

Después de dos doctores que no me gusto de sus servicios …el Dr Rubén Torres muy buen doctor, atento y se tomó el tiempo de que yo hiciera muchas preguntas que tenía …súper recomendable RGV clinic y el Dr Torres

I was sold on my very first visit, not because of the clinic but because of him. I arrived to my first appointment 20 minutes early in case I needed to do paperwork, I wasn’t able to see Dr. Torres until 2 and a half hours after arriving. I was livid and tired of being there at that point. I only cared about getting the appointment over with. The moment he entered the room he read my demeanor, without me speaking to him, he greeted me and asked if anything was bothering me because I seemed unhappy. I told him about the wait, how I was tired of being there so long and he was genuine and compassionate with his response. He’s a doctor who will take the time to listen, even though he’s slightly deaf, so that means something. He’s an astounding clinician and I’m happy to have chosen him as my doctor.

Excelente servicio, estamos en la 24 semana de embarazo y todo ha sido perfecto desde la entrada hasta el doctor. Agradecida por la atención.

Excellent care!! DR. Torres and entire staff are the Best!! Highly recommend them!! If there were more stars I'd give them 11! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️+⭐️ Just a little extra. I visited the Weslaco clinic. The wait was minimal, cleanliness was excellent!
