Sadly, each time I go in to get minor adjustsments, I get home to discover frame is worse than when I went in. They act like they care but I will go elsewhere for my next frames.

Requested appt on website called to confirm receptionist said the request was not processed and did not confirm if our insurance was accepted. Waste of our time.

I'm a high myopic and sometimes get different measurements from different optometrists. My last prescription was a bit off, and after trying for a few days, I had to return them from headaches. Throughout this whole process, I received excellent service at Valle Vista from selecting my frames to the unfortunate return. They are one of the the few places that still does a considerable amount of work in house such as shaping the lenses and fitting them into the frames, and it shows. I highly recommend Valle Vista Optical!!

Gucci Gang by Lil Pump has always been one of my favorite songs but I never really knew what it felt like to own a Gucci product until recently. For 7 years I had owned one of my favorite Warby Parker frames and it wasn't until this year that they had flown off my face during a beer induced drum solo that they had discovered a life outside the frame (no pun intended). Thankfully my friend not only recommended Valle Vista Optical but proceeded to recommend becoming part of the Gucci Gang. I now am a proud owner of a beautiful Gucci pair frame spectacles that do indeed make the future a clearer destination. I highly recommend keeping your eyes peeled for their new location, I hear it'll be a sight to see.

I strongly recommend Valle Vista Optical for the purchase of your glasses. Their customer service is excellent, I have been a customer for years and I can say that all the employees there help you choose quality glasses according to your budget. Also the frame selection that they have is amazing!
