Great Bedside manner and takes the time to educate you on your concerns.
Horrible service, called over 15 times was answered once to fill a prescription, was hung up on after giving my information and explaining the urgency of the prescription.
First off the MPAS Amy Garza was great very carefully listened and attentive. Was sent on a wild goose chase to get blood work done. Was sent to different places for each place to redirect me. Each office that tried to reach back was just Sent on an endless transfer loop. Simple questions where unable to be answered.... and no fax machine meant lab couldn't send results. Was even offered to take my own blood vials and results back to canohealth. Worse experience EVER trying to see a doctor to try and better myself. End resulted in a waste of a day and awaiting new appointment with a NEW doctor. Not to mention they didn't charge me correctly so had to go back to the office to be properly charged and to cancel lab results appointment as there were no labs done..FAIL
They were charging me for a full office visit every time the pharmacy called them to renew a prescription. I never agreed nor signed to pay a full visit to a doctor I didn't see just to say yes to my meds. How is this even legal?
I got a call from Dr. Office and got my results. My husband asked if he could get his excuse to go back to work and the nurse said they were closed. It was 4:27 p.m. I called back go speak to someone else who was very helpful and was informed they were open. Very disappointing
It's sad to see medical offices function with very little care of patients. My mother had an appointment on June 16. A week later she had blood drawn at Dialysis and urine cup. On July 2 i called to get the results since her appt is not till one month later. In addition, i also wanted to inform the medical staff to ask Dr M. Kuye about some side effects that i think my mom has due to a new RX-Lexapro 5mg. Two weeks later, still no one has returned my call, despite leaving two messages. Poor service. My mom likes her doctor, so unfortunately she is not willing to change doctors. It's up to me to continue taking her to this doctor for care. No bueno.
Very astute and compassionate. Going to switch my son to them as well
I would be carful with this doctor . He pulled me off my medicine 4 years ago and It caused me to have a traumatic neurological brain injury. He has ruined my life .
This dr office always messes up with my proscriptions by send to my pharmacy a week later. Today I called to my pre authorization for my diabetic shoe that I dropped off a week ago and THE DR has not signed them. Don’t recommend this dr. Very unprofessional and disorganized.
Way too little parking and insufficient number of handicapped spaces. Oddly there is a small sailboat taking one of the parking spaces. What you want to bet the sailboat belongs to the owner or one of the tenet doctors who does not care that their patient customers have no where to park?

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
