BAD BAD customer service. My wife and I went in and waited for almost 2 hours to get seen. She finally chose her glasses but we noticed a discrepancy in the prescription. She told us she would call next door and would call us once it was fixed. She called about an hour later and told us what the final bill would be. I called back the next day and they have yet to find any of our information. I talked to the manager and her customer service skills were nonexistent. She gave me the..."well I don't know sir, maybe you can call back when there are other workers" WHAT? The only reason I haven't gone anywhere else is bc my wife really liked her glasses, but at this point. I have given you enough chances.

I was the only customer in the store and no one waited on me . All employees were to busy talking .The next day I went to Weslaco and they welcomed me and seemed to care about their job . I will never shop the Harlingen store again . Very rude service .

Manager refused to get out of her seat unless I provided insurance information. When I refused she made fun and told me to just go look myself. Sorry to be an inconvenience to her. She sure is in the wrong position as a manager when she sure is lacking customer service skills. She was good in providing me names of other opticals locations around the area. Not the brightest move to send your customers to the competition.

The girls were extremely helpful, there were a lot of frames to select from, they knew what they were talking about and I was in and out within minutes.

I had a problem with my glasses on the temples. My baby grandson had pulled them to an extreme stretch. My glasses were sliding right off my face. I took them into the Harlingen store to see if there was a remedy for my favorite glasses. Claudia attended to my problem with extreme care and adjusted them to where I could no use them with ease. She also replaced the torn nose protectors on the bridge. Those were totally torn and of no use to me. Claudia took the time to spray and clean my glasses and I walked out with a happy face. I thank the kind and courteous manner with which I was served. Glad to recommend Visionworks to myfriends and co-workers from now on!
