This is was best urgent care experience I’ve ever had! Made an appointment online, they called me from the parking lot to asked questions. Got right in and spoke with a PA or DR. Super great patient care got me what I needed and on my way.

Came in for possible spider bite & as someone who works in healthcare I was pleasantly surprised at the service. The staff was so kind and efficient, and the front desk was so friendly. The NP took her time evaluating my bite, but had me out in great time! Definitely will be returning, thank you for the service.

You do all your paperwork in the car via QR reader you scan. Once completed, the entire process is very quick. Seeing a doctor was minimal waiting. Fast & easy.

They say on the website you won't wait longer than an hour. I realize that can fluctuate but I arrived 15 minutes early at 10:45 for my 11-11:30 slot that I made online, waited an hour in my car from 11-12, then another hour in the room. I didn't walk out until 1:20! Never waited so long at an Urgent Care Center for literally 3 minutes with the rushed provider. Was hoping for better since it's a great location.

Went in not feeling well and they tested me for Covid snd Flu and it came back positive for Covid. ALL of the staff were amazing. They took action where it was needed and sent me home well taken care of.
