This place looks nice, the folks are very welcoming and then when you go to checkout they rip you off. I went for a cosmetic prp consult, they charged my insurance and asked me for a copay of $45 at checkout, plus another $100 for the cosmetic consultation. I refused the medical b/c it was a cosmetic consult, after much discussion/phone calls, they waived the $45 but still charged my insurance for a visit. They said if they didn't charge my insurance, then they would send me a bill directly. The $100 was if you did not get anything done, I got Botox and spent half han hour explaining that i shouldnt be charged, and then they understood. I paid for the botox and left. The bottom line, they will double charge you, especially if you have good insurance. I ended up not signing up for the PRP because now, I had lost complete trust. I thought it was just me, but many have written similar reviews.

Space was beautiful. Doctor was direct and discussed what was needed. Not much time for questions, but overall the office seemed to specialize in plastic surgery. EDIT: after switching to a different doctor I now know the doctor didn't check my skin thoroughly at all. She had me take a picture with my own cell phone, which is totally different than the other doctor. Yikes.

I definitely reached out before coming here to the ladies at the front desk to discuss the services that the dermatologist provides only to get there waste my time and have a 5-10 minute max conversation with her to be billed $50. She didn’t have any treatment or procedural equipments available for me. This really annoyed me as I am coming from another state and wasted my time only to pay to waste my time.

OMG! This place was great! Yesterday was my first visit, and it was perfect. Everyone that I interacted with was so nice and friendly. Dr. Applebaum was very attentive to my concern. I highly recommend this place to anyone needing to see a dermatologist.

Dr. Applebaum was very knowledgeable and professional, she answered all of my questions and attended the issue immediately. The front desk staff was also very kind and welcoming. Lastly, as someone whose first language is Spanish, Dr Applebaum made every effort to speak it which made me feel very comfortable. Thank you.
