I can tell you for sure you’re going to wait AT LEAST an hour or more to be seen although your appointment is at a certain time. Also, the phone is almost always never answered and they have a number you can text to even make an appointment. No one texts back either. Dr. Kuo is legit though. However; the office staff needs to be retrained or fired and start over. This is legit a cardiologist office. Do they not think our concerns are important? Tsk tsk tsk. Also I’m teetering between a 2 and a 3 star but because I’ve called several times today and sent multiple text messages to the front office I’m giving… a 2.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Kuo for several years. I’ve seen so many specialist and they all dismiss my health because I’m “too young”. He takes me seriously and he’s so thorough with me. He’s a life saver, and he doesn’t discriminate at all. Hands down would recommend this doctor to anyone, he’s amazing!

Dr. Kuo and his staff are very professional. Dr. Kuo has been very pro active in my care. He wants to know why and not just send me on my way to be seen 6 12 months later. I feel he does a great job informing me of my condition and answering my questions.

You will be very pleased here. The best staff starting with Dr Kuo, very professional and very friendly. You are treated with the utmost care. My wife and I are so blessed to be treated by Dr Kuo and his staff. Update - Dr Kuo has been simply amazing! He goes above and beyond! He has performed quite a few procedures on my heart, and now my left leg. He is truly a life saver. We love Dr Kuo and what he stands for. Thank you Dr Kuo!

The total time i spent there was 1 hour from time of appointment to exit. The wait time in the waiting area was minimal. Mona took vitals efficiently and in a friendly manner. I then waited about 5-10 minutes in a waiting area for an examining room. Dr. Kuo ALWAYS gives me his undivided attention and listens to my concerns and questions. I am very satisfied with Dr. Kuo and staff. My visit today was a very good experience.

I was pleased with all of the care I recieved. I was however disappointed that I had to wait for an hour past my appointment time to finally get in to see the Doctor.
