I am in absolute disbelief that we found an amazing pediatrician for my twins with developmental challenges. After dealing with a doctor who didn’t understand them we came across Dr. Sanders. Sanders was referred to us by a specialist after crying about how poorly I was treated by another doctor within Communicare. After meeting Dr Sanders and his Nurse Alason I could cry. They treated me so well and took care of all my sons needs. My son went with a broken wheelchair for 6 weeks because the previous pediatrician would never sign the authorizations. All I have to say is they are a miracle. We appreciate Dr Sanders and most of all Alason. She had all referrals, repairs, DME and everything in between done in a day. We are forever grateful.

THE NEW FEMALE DR SHE WAS WONDERFUL I WOULD RECOMMEND HER AGAIN , VERY NICE EXPLAIN MY GRANDDAUGHTERS CONDITION AND WEIGHT SHE MADE ME AND MY DAUGHTER FEEL COMFORTABLE ! GLAD TO SEE THIS THEY'RE STILL GOOD DOCTORS OUT THERE !

Dr. Duvic is such a great doctor she has been my daughters pediatrician since she was born and I plan on taking my newborn to see her as well

We had an amazing experience today! Alason had a bit of a challenge with my sons shots. She handled it all patiently and efficiently. She did a great job! The rest of the staff was so busy and they continued to be helpful and patient too!! Great job!!

I drive about 35 minutes to get to this practice to see Dr Sanders. It’s totally worth it.The nurses are very respectful, knowledgable and fast to attend you.Dr Sanders is very nice and calmed with my kids, he has patience with both of them, always have listened to all my concerns, and don’t play the “I’m the know it all doctor/authority here, so be quiet and do what I say” role. (sorry, I’ve had other experiences in the past with some doctors)Front desk staff is always very nice.Only thing I don’t like much is when I need something and call them, the person from the call center is always nice and efficient, but I never hear back a confirmation from the actual Helotes office, at the end I hear from my insurance plan if the “x” thing they needed was done or not.Everything and everyone in the office is great, just please give us a direct number for referrals or administrative stuff. This doesn’t change my rating though.Thanks for everything!

I love when I have appointments here. The staff is always quick. I never have to wait more than 10 minutes. Also they gave sanitizer everywhere which makes me feel safe. Everything including restrooms are always very clean. My doctor, dr. Wall is very sweet & very knowledgeable. She always answers my questions & gives me extra information. Everyone here goes above & beyond. I’m all about customer service because I’ve worked in “customer service “ type jobs since my first job lol. My niece also goes here now.
