List of Quickvisit Urgent Care's Reviews
I have visited several times in the past , but will not be back, came in around 10:15 was told I could make an appointment vs waiting , arrived again at 11:20, was told there was still 2 people ahead, after waiting until 12:10 I was told it still could be another 35-45 minutes . I made an appointment so I would not be there all day. Quickvisit Urgent care if you do not have the drs or staff to see people in a timely manner do not set an appointment up!
Tina, the NP, was fabulous with my daughter. She followed evidence based practice and didn’t just give us antibiotics for no reason. She offered education and advice. I’d highly recommend her!
I would give this facility NEGATIVE stars if I could. The attending physician, Samantha Scott has no business in the medical field. She has no bedside manner and it seems that she doesn’t even know how to look at basic symptoms. In my 5 year old sons visit yesterday she told me that he was severely dehydrated and needed to be rushed to the emergency room. - the emergency room where they told me we had no reason to be there because he was not close to being dehydrated, he received no medication, and no treatment of any kid because his issues were all allergy related. The only thing this woman provided me with is anxiety and very expensive, unnecessary medical bills. I wouldn’t recommend a single person go here, as a matter of fact, I would be inclined to take a chance on dying before returning.
We took my grandson here because he woke up having breathing problems. The Dr. came out to the waiting room to start checking him over before I was even done checking in. Everyone was extremely respectful and responsive to myself and my husband while caring for my young grandson. Thank you for caring and being so fast with service! We were there for about an hour to make sure he was stable.
Has “Urgent Care” in their name but are actually a primary care provider. HMO insurance plans will require a referral since they aren’t actually a qualified Urgent Care facility.
Everyone was very friendly and provided great care when we were being seen. However, we were told when we left at 6:20pm that my child’s antibiotics prescription was sent to CVS. When we went at 7pm to pick them up, CVS told us that they never received an order. Of course, by that point, Quick Visit was closed. So it was a complete waste of time and money since we went home empty handed and my child went to bed with an ear infection and no antibiotics.
This place is a godsend! I am always treated with kindness and human compassion. I have used this group for a year and always walk away so grateful. The people I have encountered there have always been sincerely caring about my problems and go the extra mile to see I get as much help as possible .
The staff are always very friendly. I usually never have to wait more than a few minutes to be seen. I have made appointments as well as walked in and they have always been eager to help me and my family.
terrible service, they only took my blood pressure and the nurse went out to call the doctor who never came to see me because they were very busy talking, I was there for more than 40 minutes and they never came to see me
I would give a 5 star for my virtual visit today; however, I have to lower my rating due to a woman named Gaybrielle being quite rude to me over the phone. This was only my second time using Quick Visit for medical care, so I am still relatively new at going through the process for virtual visits. I received a call from Quick Visit while I was completing my intake forms. I answered the call and was directed to Gaybrielle, when she picked up it was basically radio silence so in the confusion of why I was receiving the call in the first place, I began to explain that I was having issues uploading my insurance documents through my phone, and while asking for help with the process, she was very pushy with me, such as asking me “Are you still there?” after only giving me a few seconds to finish a given task. She asked at one point if I was done with her help to which I replied I’m not sure. I then began describing where I was in the process and she hung up on me. I find it to be concerning that someone who behaves this way is taking calls from people who need patience and kindness to help them navigate our medical care system. I hope she can receive better training or ideally move to a profession that doesn’t require customer service.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
