Second time the VA has sent me to this facility. First time was after total knee replacement. Therapist doing assessment was not very caring. Pain was so intense I was in tears immediately. Now the VA wants me to do 8 weeks before my other knee replacement. Was called by facility to setup first appointment and was told it would be over a week for first appointment. I expressed my disappointment and the individual said he would check with the therapist then hung up on me. I personally thought a medical facility was supposed to have a caring attitude for their patients. This facility not so much. I feel sorry for patients with no other other options for therapy.
