I went to the ER yesterday and this was the worst experience. My nurse was such an evil mean person. I don't know why she had to be so mean to me. I tried to be polite the entire time. Even when she let me know they had restraints. It was like a veiled threat. This woman gas no business around patients. Everyone was very helpful and the nurses were very sweet. They took very good care of us. The doctors were also great!

Place wont release me to go back to work! Been trying to get ahold of them for almost a week now and they wont return my phone calls or setup an appointment or nothing. Already lost my position at work due to not being able to return to work! Doctor was awesome.. staff is horrible!

Went to the hospital with extreme back pain, black stool, abdomen pain, and sharp pain in my side. Had blood work ran, a urine test, and a stool test. Once the tests came back clear, I was discharged. I wasn’t given a diagnosis on what is wrong and my paperwork doesn’t even have the actual reason I went in to the hospital. The doctor told me he ruled out any emergency: even though I never had a CT scan done to know if I have stomach ulcers or ovarian cysts (cysts are a common problem I have). They didn’t send any medication to Walgreens either. This hospital is a joke. I was sent home last night with no answers, barely any pain relief, and I’m sure I’ll get a $1000 bill in the mail for the horrible service. I was told to go to my family doctor to find out what is wrong which is absolutely absurd since K know I’ll receive a bill from the hospital. Dr. Morris doesn’t care about his patients. I should’ve had a CT scan done or an ultrasound to see if I had any cysts since he knew I didn’t have internal bleeding. I just woke up and I’m in horrible pain just like I was when I went to the hospital 12 hours ago. Overall, if I’m not literally about to pass over and die, I will not be back to this hospital. Dr. Morris shouldn’t have become a doctor if he didn’t care to diagnose his patients, send them home with medicine, and run a CT scan on them. As our home town hospital you get better care at the physical therapy than the Er. My son busted his finger open on 101521 at 6pm something. He was im terrible pain and bleeding couldnt make it to Tyler. It took 6 hours to be taken care of. I hope that this problem can get taken care of better if it ever happen again.

They are super friendly they just get a bad rep from people that dont have anything better to do but hate

He was im terrible pain and bleeding couldn't make it to Tyler. It took 6 hours to be taken care of. I hope that this problem can get taken care of better if it ever happen again.

Improperly diagnosed my foot injury. They said it wasn’t broken or fractured after X-rays but I trusted my gut and got a second opinion with Christus and guess what, They confirmed a fracture. This is yet another complete screw up on their end. I gave them a second chance after my daughters total blunder of treatment, but I’m left with complete regret. Terminating my daughters as patients. This hospital is disgusting, immoral and the worst I’ve ever dealt with. Repeated issues, malpractice, billing issues and now a collection issue without notice.
