No one at the receptionist desk during open hours.

Called ahead to see if they do School athletic physicals and was told that they do and that if you don't have insurance, it would cost $25. My daughter has Medicaid as she was adopted and has it till she's 18. While there, my daughter was asked a few questions about her menstrual cycle and had her thyroid manipulated, in which I was told that her thyroid felt enlarged and should be followed up on with her primary provider. Other than that, just a regular athletic physical was done. I just received a $691 bill, which shouldn't even be addressed to me, as Medicaid pays 100%, although Medicaid shouldn't even be asked to pay such an outrageous bill! I would not recommend anyone going there and I definitely will not be again.

My son went here to be seen and was told he needed a referral from his Dr. To Be seen. Ummmm, did I miss something? Isn't it an urgent care? As in, it's urgent? As in care? As in you go there to be seen because your dr.s office is closed and I'm going to be seen for help? I'm not sure how long this place will be in business, but they will need to have costumers to get done income. I'm sorry, but this is very confusing. Maybe they just don't want to work?

Trying to scam people $400 for a Covid test seems a little extreme!!! Would rather go wait the long lines else where for free than have to pay an additional $200 after insurance!!!

Nothing quick about my visit. I have been waiting over an hour past my scheduled appointment and still counting. I had high hopes that my experience would be better here than other clinics, but sadly it wasn’t. I am 20 min away from 2 hours after my appointment time and still have yet to see a doctor, but at least I am in a room waiting now. Long visit would be a more appropriate name😡.

VISITERS BEWARE! They will try to get you to change PCP's, get a referral or pay $90. And the receptionist was very rude...Their sign says they are URGENT care, if that is so then that gal just right out lied or doesnt know her job.
