Apart from having lengthy waiting times in the past 3 years I think the staff deserves a pat on the back for their services throughout this pandemic

Sometimes people have a taff day you have to concentrate that if you are talk in a good mood and also we are human everyone has one of those days 😀 but the staff is 🏆 🏅 wonderful and helpful and will fine the answer for you

Went to get a blood test done to check on my early pregnancy on Monday the 29th of January. I was told my results would be ready and my doctor would call me by that afternoon. I called more than 10 times and was told dr. Matt windrow had the results on his desk and he’s busy he will call me when he can. I miscarried on the 3rd of February.It is not the 4th of February and I still have yet to receive my results.I have had so much trouble with this clinic they do not care abt their patients. Highly do not recommend if you’re wanting a good doctor.

Called for the 1st time....got an appointment immediately, here in Hondo...arrived at the clinic...someone took my temperature upon arriving, signed in at the front desk...awsome receptionist..nice, knowledgeable and on top of everything, sat down only to be called within 30 seconds, nurse was awsome, Dr Mathew Windrow was awsome...i was in and out of the clinic in 15 minutes...great care couldnt ask or expect any thing better....thanks to this group..absolutely amazing

Always a wait, but is everywhere I have ever been. Best cash pay rates around for a physicians office. In three years and five visits, Nobody has ever been rude.So anyway, Dr. Windrow is worth the wait. He is courteous, with good listening skills. Was vigilant to take care of my health and concerned about my wellness. I will be back over and over again because the inconvenience of some waiting or whatever does not outweigh my need for a quality Doctor who asks questions with genuine concern.

Appointment was set for 1110 over the phone. Upon arriving i was told it would be 1120. It is now 1140 and i am being told it will be another 30-40 minutes. Most unprofessional wait times i have ever seen from a medical clinic.1150 theu just moved me to a second waiting room. We will see how long this takes. We are now 40 minutes past my orignal appointment time.It is now 1206 and im still in the second waiting room.It is now 1220 and i finally got called back to an exam room. An hour after my appointment time.

I didn't visit the facility, I called to make an appointment and the receptionist was very rude and offered no help to schedule us.

Appointment at 9... Show up at 8:35 sit in first waiting room 30 mins before being called to fill out paper work.... Sit n wait another 30 mins before being moved to a SECOND waiting room... Now here it is almost 2 hours later still havent seen the Dr. Cant wait till i never have to come back to this poorly run clinic.

My appt was at 1020 here it is 11oclock and I'm still waiting what the hell !!!!!!!!
