They almost killed my dad and the person they put him next to. They put it so cold for them all night the guy next to my dad almost died.

I had the worst experience on Nov. 14, 2021. The front staff at night including the security were very rude and have no ethics, they treated me the worst, including the "supervisor on duty", and instead of solving the problem he behaved rudely too. That night another lady had the same experience as me, I was not the only one that was treated that way! They dont tell you your rights!!! When I asked for their names they refuse, including the supervisor on duty. Don't go there!

DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME IN THIS PLACE. They don’t know what they’re doing and they’re rude. Never coming back to this place ever again.

Worst hospital ever. Rude staff, unprofessional Dr's, and a waste of time. I can't believe Summit Urgent Care did more than the Emergency Room.

Over a month has gone by and can't get appointment set for a simple procedure.  The bureaucracy is horrendous and you can't get anyone to return a simple phone call after trying repeated for several days.  The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing and that makes it all confusing for many.  Even the employees complain about the lack of professionalism among the scheduling staff.  If you are trying to schedule an appointment, go somewhere else.  We have been customers of BSW for 10 years and I'm beginning to ask myself "why?"  I've spoken to the head of Customer Service about these problems, and he has not returned my phone call letting me know whether he has taken care of the matter even though he promised he'd get back to me.  The scheduling department is broken and if ever you get past them, you'll find the doctors are quite good!

Trying to actually reach my local clinic is so difficult when everything is filtered through a main answering service who says they're going to leave a message and someone will call back and no one ever calls back. Or I get a call back at 2:45 AM when of course I'm asleep which makes no sense at all. This is so corporate and impersonal and about the worst patient experience I've had.

I can speak highly of the care given to me.

Rude staff front and back of house. Wanted to visit my sister, and they made me wait outside alone in the dark. Then when I was finally done visiting her they told me I couldn’t be coming in back and forth, as if I was walking in and out of the facility. They’re on some power trip man, like have some compassion, or you’re in the wrong industry. My sister came in bleeding and she was not seen right away, she probably got blood on the lobby chairs that were never disinfected. I don’t want response from the owner. Just do better.

The clerk that was working nights on the 27th was very rude and unprofessional. I have never in my life been treated with such disrespect during an emergency. I pulled up in the emergency lane to run in and ask for a wheelchair because my family member has COVID-19, fainting, having terrible chest pains, and could not walk. The clerk made me explain my emergency before going to get the wheelchair. Didn’t offer any assistance with my sick family member, made us fill out paperwork before being seen even after she was asking her to take her back immediately because she felt like her heart was going to explode. While I was filling out her paperwork for her because she couldn’t write she had the audacity to ask me to move my car! Like ma’am you see both of my doors open on my car? Have you ever heard of an emergency? I told her she could wait until my family member has been assisted. We will not be going back as this has not been our first bad experience with this hospital. I’m appalled with the staff that work there.
